Set in a small bay near the village of Pucisca with the nearest beach only a few meters away, this spacious stone villa stretches over two floors and can accommodate up to 12 people.
The amazing terrace of Villa Petrus leaves no wishes open. The attractive private pool with a breathtaking sea view is the perfect place to refresh yourself on hot summer days as well as to soak up the beauty of the unspoiled nature surrounding you. The terrace features an outdoor dining table for meals on the open as well as an outdoor grill. Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee in the natural shade of pine trees or dive into a thrilling book on the hammock in the garden.
The lovely indoor area is bright and cosy with modern furnishing and an abundance of natural light. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which is connected to a charming living room, one bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of them featuring an ensuite bathroom. There is also a private fitness area at your disposal. On the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms, two of them with a private bathroom, as well as a separate bathroom and a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Two extra beds are available upon request and each can be fitted in a bedroom of your choice. Villa Petrus features private parking for min. 6 cars.
Bed linens are provided and changed once per week. Baby cot available upon request. The double bed in two bedrooms can be separated into single beds upon request. All bedrooms have a TV and AC. Two extra beds are available upon request and each can be fitted in a bedroom of your choice.

Nature lovers will fall in love with this beautiful island surrounded by the crystal clear the Adriatic Sea. Make sure to pay a visit to the “Zlatni rat” beach which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire Croatian coast. Due to wind and sea currents, the Zlatni rat is constantly changing. Adrenaline lovers can take part in numerous sports activities such as hiking, diving or cycling. Use the opportunity and take a ferry to visit the ancient city of Split, Croatia's second-largest city. Discover its rich history, explore the famous Diocletian Palace or simply enjoy the rays of sunshine on the famous promenade called Riva.
Villa Petrus and the Hosts Neveda and Andreji were absolutely stunning. It was the best decision to book Villa Petrus. The view is just amazing, everything well equipped, even the kitchens. Perfect for foodies and people who love to cook.
We were a group of 10 people and one three year old child and there was everything, even things we wouldn‘t have expected. Nevada and her husband welcomed us with some prepared local specialities, organized big water containers for the complete time and gave us a warm and welcoming feeling. Also our fishing stuff and SUBs were brought to the beach by them.
The Hosts were reachable/availlable all the time, but they fulfilled nearly everything in advance, so we have nothing really else to add here.
There are so many places and views at the Villa where you can breathe, calm down and have space, even if you are a bigger group. We especially enjoyed the outdoor cooking, but the next Village with a few nice restaurants is just a 10minutes ride away. There are also a lot of beaches and beach bars around but to be honest, with our own access to the sea and all the commodities at the Villa, we really hadn‘t the urge to leave a lot.
All bathrooms and chambers are well equiped as well. Enough towels, shower gel, aircondition, TV with netflix and bathrobe. You just feel like in a SPA.
Our whole group was really thankful to Neveda and Andreji and we were so happy that we had choosen Villa Petrus. We highly recommend it and it will definetly not be our last stay. Looking forward to go back there really soon!
