This fairytale stone villa is located in a secluded bay on the island of Brac, one of the most beautiful Croatian islands. The villa is located on an eco-friendly and self-sufficient property, allowing you to fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of life on the island.
As this is a self-sufficient villa, drawing electricity from solar panels, it does not offer a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster or microwave and use of air conditioning is limited, but thanks to its convenient location and old stone construction, the villa also offers very comfortable temperatures.
In front of the villa there is a private salt water pool at your disposal as well as a terrace with a barbecue and a dining table, where you will surely spend peaceful summer evenings under the starry sky.
The beautiful interior of the villa exudes a homely atmosphere. On the ground floor of the villa you have at your disposal a kitchen with a spacious dining room and a bedroom with a private bathroom as well as a separate toilet, while on the first floor you will find a living room, two more comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The room is dominated by warm colors, stone walls and wooden beams that give the impression that you are really in a "captain's house", where only silence and the sound of the waves prevail. Another special feature of this house is a macadam that leads you there, which also contributes to the experience of untouched nature. In front of the villa there is a boat mooring available on request. In the house next door is staying the host of the villa who is at your disposal for any possible assistance and guidance needed.

Gerade zurück von einer wirklich erholsamen Urlaubswoche in der Villa. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie dort fernab vom Tourismus finden. Das türkisgrüne Meer, die private Bucht, das authentisch und liebevoll gestaltete Haus mit Outdoorkitchen und großem Tisch für gemütliche Abendrunden.
Lovros ist ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber, kümmert sich um alles ( sogar um kaputte Autoreifen!) und hat uns nicht nur frischen Fisch geschenkt, sondern auch noch für uns gekocht!
Alles in allem ein magischer Ort, der einem mit Sicherheit in Erinnerung bleibt! Danke!!
Es war überwältigend, einfach unser Traumurlaub!
Die Anfahrt verlief über einen sehr steinigen und engen Weg, also nicht besonders gut für niedrigere Autos geeignet. Als wir um Mitternacht bei dem Haus angekommen sind, wurden wir bereits schon sehr herzlich von dem Eigentümer empfangen.
Wir waren überwältigt von dem Haus, ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen mit eigenen Meerwasserpool. Zum Meer war ein kurzer, schöner Weg ca. 50m. Das Meer war glasklar und traumhaft, jedoch mit einigen Seeigeln. Wir waren ganz alleine, keine Touristen, nur die Ruhe. Wir durften ein Paddelboot und zwei Subs ausleihen, die sich direkt auf dem Grundstück befanden.
Das nächste Einkaufszentrum befand sich in der kleinen Stadt Milna.
Der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, selten jemanden getroffen der so freundlich war.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Traumhaus nur weiter empfehlen!
