Magnificent family villa with pool near Rovinj

Villa Allegra is a lovely family villa located in the heart of Istria. The villa is suitable for accommodating 6+2 persons in its 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms.
The villa offers everything for a completely enjoyable holiday - a private pool, a wellness area with an infrared sauna, as well as a fitness room to stay fit during your vacation days. The children can play on the playground and the trampoline, or have fun with bicycles, while the parents prepare some delicious meals on the barbecue at the covered terrace or simply relax on the sun loungers next to the pool. Table tennis and darts are also at your disposal. The ground floor of the villa consists of the wellness and fitness area, while the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, the living room and 3 bedrooms are set on the upper floor. During your stay, you can pick seasonal fruits and vegetables from the villa´s garden and fully enjoy your time in Istria in every sense.

The villa is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, and olives dominate this area with warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent genuine Istrian cuisine. Besides that, this location is an amazing starting point to discover magical Istria- the romantic town of Rovinj is approx. 18 km from the villa, centrally located Pazin approx. 20 km, the historical town of Porec approx. 30 km, and Istria´s biggest city, Pula is just about 37 km away. Depending on your interest, this location offers really everything. Car is recommended.

Wir waren in der Villa als Familie. Es war wunderschön. Alles ist da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und uneinsehbar. Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber. Der Wohnbereich befindet sich im OG und der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich im EG. Im Garten gibt es auch ein Trampolin und eine Schaukel. Restaurant sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen wieder!
Wir waren in der Ferienvilla Allegra mit 10 Personen ( 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ). Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral ( zum Meer bzw. Stadtbesichtigungen Porec, Rovinj ca. 20 km ). Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe ( ca. 5 Gehminuten ) Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig. Zimmer und Bäder sowie die Außenküche entsprachen voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer konnten wir von der Terrasse genießen. Für die Kinder sind ausreichend Sportgeräte vorhanden ( Tischtennisplatte, Fitnessgeräte und Außenpool ). Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für die gute Betreuung.
