This stunning property has a total of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 persons. The outdoor area is centred around a large, inviting swimming pool, that is ideal for hot summer days.
Soak up the sun while the youngest members of your group run around the garden or jump around on the trampoline. A sauna with a view of the pool area is also at your disposal to make the holiday even better. If you like dining al fresco, the villa has a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor dining area. On the open concept ground floor, which has a direct access to the terrace and the pool, you will find a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Three bedrooms are also located on the ground floor while the first floor host two further bedrooms, both equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Villa Augusta is located in Folici, a charming village just outside of Zminj in Istria. The town of Zminj has always had an important role because of it´s central position which is easily reachable from all directions. The location is ideal for enjoying taking a stroll through the untouched nature, or, for those that are more sporty, for biking or hiking. Take a walk thorugh the mideaval town, take a look at churches, city walls and towers and enjoy the atmosphere. The oldest festival in Istria is called Bartulja and it takes place in Zminj, on the last Saturday in August. Visit the festival and try some local products such as cheese, prosciutto or buy some hand made toys or souvenires. Wherever you go, the local people will offer a wonderful warm welcome into this fascinating region. And if you are in the mood for some different kind of action, the crystal clear Adriatic Sea with its beautiful beaches, as well as the busy tourist hot spots are just a short drive away.
