Charming villa with private pool in Istria

Villa Blazeni Miroslav Bulesic is located in Istria in the small village of Zudetici, only a short drive from the coastal town of Porec. In the well-maintained property, there is a private outdoor pool that invites you for refreshment during hot summer days.
Relax on the sun loungers around the pool. The pool can be heated on request during colder months. A charcoal grill is available to prepare delicious meals. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The exceptional and stylish interior will catch your eye immediately. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a fireplace which offers a cosy atmosphere. From the living room, you have direct access to the covered terrace. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Sports lovers can look forward to a fitness room. On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms. On the second floor, there are also two more bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, TV and are air-conditioned. Sehr gepflegtes Haus das wir genau so vorgefunden haben wir auf den Bildern abgebildet. Schon die Begrüßung mit einem kleinen Willkommensvesper und die Führung und Einweisung des Anwesens waren sehr Nett. Der Pool war der Hammer; auch wenn es Mitte September schon ein bisschen kühl war. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher, Pooltücher, Bademäntel alles da. Ein super Holz(kohle) Grill mit dabei, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Was ein klein bisschen Schade ist, dass man auf der tollen Terrasse nicht Frühstücken oder Abendessen kann, weil dazu der Tisch viel zu niedrig ist. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Total schöne Villa, die keinerlei Wünsch offen lässt. Super ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr, als wir erwartet haben. Für uns war es Ankommen, Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Die Bilder entsprechen auch der Realität - einfach wunderschön. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und mit einem kleinen Imbiss nebst Wein und selbstgemachtem Likör überrascht und durften die sogar schon früher Villa beziehen, da wir unerwarteterweise nicht im Stau standen und deshalb etwas früher dran waren. Unser Gastgeber hat sich auch zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Er war wirklich sehr nett und liebenswürdig, und wir können seine Villa wirklich jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch die Lage war super - im Hinterland, aber sowohl Meer als auch Wanderungen und Besichtigungen gut erreichbar.
