The villa is a two-storey building and consists of ground floor and first floor. The owners of the villa have paid a lot of attention to the decoration and details. Light and pastel colors predominate, combining a modern and Mediterranean style that gives the villa a home-from-home feel. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, dining room, a bathroom and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The living room offers a magnificent view of the villa's garden and the forest that surrounds the property. On the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms and the third bathroom. All bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.
The irregularly shaped infinity pool is really spacious and guests will surely enjoy cooling off in the pool. The pool offers an enchanting view of the surroundings. There you can enjoy sunsets that will be special. On the terrace around the pool there are sun loungers where you can rest and sunbathe. The covered terrace with dining table is ideal for gatherings and socializing. There is also a gas grill available for guests of the villa to prepare delicious meals.

Near the villa is the town of Pazin, where the Pazin Castle is located. It dates from the Middle Ages and is the largest and best preserved castle in Istria.
Friends of hiking and staying in the forest can visit the Učka Nature Park. Nature will delight you and the view of the sea and islands will take your breath away!
The small town of Labin, where artists and musicians like to stay and share their works with visitors, will enchant you with its romantic charm and you will surely take the most beautiful photos of your summer vacation right there.
Days reserved for swimming and relaxing on the beach should be spent in Rabac. Once a small fishing village, now a popular tourist destination known for its clear sea and beautiful beaches.

Wir waren schon oft in Kroatien, ein paarmal davon in Istrien. Aber das Haus von Snjezana und Zvonko toppt das alles. Es strahlt eine gemütliche Atnosphäre aus und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann.
Wir haben es sehr genossen bei Euch zu sein und waren über Eure Gastfreundschaft sehr erfreut. Ihr habt dafür gesorgt dass wir uns wie zuhause fühlten.
Wir wünschen Euch für den Rest dieser Saison und alle, die noch kommen mögen, dass Ihr viel Erfolg mit Eurem Haus habt.

Wir waren bereits 8 Mal in Istrien zu Besuch, waren jedes Mal zufrieden und hatten eine gute Zeit. Dieses Jahr allerdings haben wir einen Fleck auf dieser Erde besucht, der dem sprichwörtlichen Paradies wohl am nächsten kommen dürfte. Noch nie haben wir in solch wunderschöner, ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung gewohnt wie hier in der Villa Boshka. Fern ab vom Massentourismus und jeglichem Lärm, ein Rundumblick der Seinesgleichen sucht.
Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus, alles da was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Ein traumhafter Pool mit dem schönsten Blick der Welt, ich kann es nicht beschreiben.
Das beste aber waren unsere „Nachbarn“…. Das Vermieterehepaar ist ein absoluter Traum. So nette und hilfsbereite und lustige Menschen trifft man nicht oft. Hoffentlich sieht man sich nochmal. Danke für diese wundervolle Zeit!

Unser diesjähriger Aufenthalt in Kroatien Mitte Juni 2023 ist unter der Kategorie traumhaft einzustufen.
Die wunderbar gelegene Villa Boshka inmitten der istrischen Wälder hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und übertroffen. Die Villa ist gut zu erreichen und das nahegelegene Dorf ist einen Besuch wert. In liebevoller Arbeit von den Gastgebern errichtet, lässt sie keine Erwartungen und Wünsche offen. Die Villa bietet jeglichen erforderlichen Komfort und hat uns einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub bereitet. Geschmackvoll, praktisch und stilsicher eingerichtet samt zahlreichen Ruheplätzen rund um die Villa und einem wunderbaren Grill. Der wirklich große Pool und die Aussicht auf das Tal sind nur einige Highlights der Villa.
Das eigentliche Highlight wohnt gleich nebenan. Die beiden Gastgeber befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Villa und erweisen sich als die wohl besten Nachbarn und Gastgeber. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
