Villa Damian offers comfortable accommodation for a total of 12 people in a beautiful environment in Medvidici.
The villa is divided into the first floor and second floor. On the first floor, there is an open space with a living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with a private bathroom, closet and terrace, and another bedroom that also has access to the terrace. From the first floor, you can access the covered outdoor terrace, which has an outdoor kitchen, dining area and an outdoor Jacuzzi. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with a private bathroom, a closet and an outdoor terrace of 60 m2 where you can sunbathe on deck chairs. In the small village of Medvidici not far from Porec prevails a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are beautiful beaches in Porec, 13 km from the villa, and there are also beaches in Funtana, Vrsar and Rovinj. If you would like to have dinner with family and friends and love seafood, we recommend you to visit the village of Rakovci, 7 km from the villa. If you prefer to cook comfortably in your villa, you can get your groceries in the supermarket in Sv. Lovrec, which is only 2 km from the villa. Feel the enchanting charm of the Istrian region and book Villa Damian.

We’ve visited the villa in July 2023 and it has been a great experience. The house was very clean at our arrival and is very convenient, both inside and outside. Also the service was very good and the villa is well-positioned, close to Porec and Rovinj. We are considering to come back next year!
Wir waren mit 5 Familien in der Villa Damian. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
