Lovely villa with private pool in Central Istria

This gorgeous property is located in the heart of Istria, a convenient location for a relaxing holiday, as well as a great starting point for a variety of day trips all over the peninsula. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and provides comfortable accommodation for 6 persons.
It stands on a plot of 900 m2, where you have an incredibly inviting private pool at your disposal, as well as an outdoor terrace with a dining table for 6 persons, and a charcoal barbecue for those who like to prepare their meals outdoors. The interior of the villa is quite spacious and arranged in a way that will make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The ground floor consists of the living room with a cosy sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and access to the outdoor terrace. One bathroom is on the ground floor and one is on the upper floor, along with the 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two separate single beds and two bedrooms have a double bed each. One of those has access to a lovely loggia. A green lawn is surrounding the villa which, together with the pool, swings, and trampoline, makes this villa a great choice for an unwinding family holiday.

The villa is located in the heart of rural Istria, halfway between Pazin and Pula, surrounded by the dreamlike scenery marked by olive groves and vineyards. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns. Great restaurants, cafés, wineries, and stores can be found in the nearby town of Svetvinčenat. This is a charming quiet town, known for not only its historical and cultural sites but for excellent delicious Istrian cuisine. There is plenty of biking and walking trails around this area, while the famous vibrant seaside resorts along the beautiful coastline are only a short drive through the scenic countryside away.
