Luxury villa with private pool near Vizinada

Beautiful Villa Filton is the ideal choice for guests, that want to get away from the hectic of everyday life and simply relax. This luxurious property has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 persons.
On the open-concept ground floor you will find a cosy living room with fireplace and a large sofa for the entire family. The living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for preparing delicious meals. Also on the ground floor you will find 2 lovely bedrooms with private bathrooms. A wellness area with sauna is at your disposal, as well as fitness equipment for those that like to stay active on their vacation. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with private bathrooms as well as a cosy lounge area that offers some additional privacy. Outdoors you will enjoy the large, carefully tended garden while soaking up the sun by the villa’s inviting pool that also has a relaxing waterfall curtain. An outdoor kitchen with dining area are ideal for enjoying meals al fresco while being surrounded by the peace and quiet of this lovely village.

Beautiful Villa Filton is located in a small village of Markovici, not far from the town of Vizinada. The center of Vizinada can easily be reached on foot or by biking along the Parenzana which is probably the most beautiful bike lane in Istria. You will find scant reference to Vizinada in the guide-books, so make a point of discovering it for yourself. Between the hill Vizinada stands on and the mountains in the background, is the ancient hill-top village of Motovun, whose appearance hasn’t changed much in 500 years - natural and not carefully repainted to look new. You can witness one of the most beautiful views of the Green and Blue Istria from the hill rising above the Mirna valley if you visit this small town. The beautiful Istrian coast and the tourist hotspots Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad are easily reachable. Golf: A training 5 hole course is 10 min away in the valley. An 18 hole 5 star course is a short drive away - Kempinski in Savudrija. A car is recommended.

Sehr tolle Villa, ruhig gelegen, ca. 20 min. bis Porec und zu den Supermärkte.n Sehr großzügig geschnittene Zimmer., toller Pool, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden. Tolle Außenküche. 3 Kühlschränke verteilt. Genug Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Handtücher. Vermieter sehr nett und schnell bei Fragen/Anliegen.
Wir waren mit drei Familien (6 Kinder, 6 Erwachsene) 7 Tage in der Villa Filton. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und kümmerten sich schnell um unsere wenigen Anliegen. Zum Abschied gab es sogar einen Kuchen. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist hervorragend. Lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Dorf. Kleine Minuspunkte für Bienen am Pool (Bienenzüchter nebenan) und manchmal etwas holprige WLAN Abdeckung/Verbindung im Haus. Alles in allem eine tolle Villa, die wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen können und wieder buchen würden!
