Are you dreaming of a relaxing holiday with your loved ones? Then Villa Julijud is the ideal choice for a quiet family holiday where you can completely relax! It is located in a quiet area in central Istria surrounded by picturesque countryside. The large property, which has a bocce court as well as a children's playground, is shared with the neighbouring houses.
The charming Istrian stone house can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. An outdoor pool is available for private use so that you can enjoy even the hottest summer days. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and dining area as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor are the living room and a cosy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. A professional charging station for electric vehicles with a maximum output power of 22kWh has been installed. Villa Julijud is an ideal place to get away from it all and spend an unforgettable holiday.

Villa Julijud is located in central Istria surrounded by a picturesque hilly landscape. The beautiful location offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit their restaurants serving famous Istrian specialities. The medieval town of Pazin is only a short drive from the villa. Towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are worth a visit. Nature lovers will surely appreciate the surrounding nature, where they will find many cycling routes, hiking trails and trekking routes. If you want to visit the beaches, you can easily reach the west coast of Istria, for example in the area of the historical town of Porec. A day trip to the Brijuni National Park, visiting Lim Bay or the town of Porec is always a good idea.
