The beautiful family villa Ladonja is located in Sveti Petar u Šumi, a very picturesque village in central Istria. The charming villa is immersed in the greenery of rural Istria, where you can definitely enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family and still be close to all tourist destinations.
This fully fenced villa has a swimming pool, where you can swim and refresh yourself on hot summer days, or you can sunbathe on the deck chairs and enjoy the rays of the sun. If you want to prepare lunch for your family in the outdoors, there is a barbecue, a terrace and covered dining area at your disposal. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen that has everything you need to cook a variety of delicacies, a dining area and a living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Villa Ladonja has WiFi internet and private parking for two cars. Villa Ladonja is located in the small Istrian town called Sveti Petar u Šumi, in Central Istria. It is quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Poreč and Rovinj with their beaches and crystal clear Adriatic Sea and sights are just a short drive away. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns which irresistibly remind of Tuscany or Provence. It offers remains of cultural heritage as well. Istria with its bike roads is perfect biking destination. The road connections are excellent with access to a fast motorway for Pula or Trieste airports.

Die Villa Ladonja war genau so schön, wie auf den Fotos! Alles war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Außenanlagen war sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist das Highlight! Die Gastgeberin Branka war super nett! Sie stand jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns mit leckerem selbst gemachten Wein begrüßt. Wir bedanken uns nochmal von Herzen bei Branka und ihrer Familie für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben gleich einen gefüllten Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Schöne saubere Unterkunft mit großem Pool, gepflegter Garten.
