Family villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Leni Kringa is located in the central part of Istria, near Tinjan and Pazin, as well as near Poreč. The villa offers peace and privacy for up to 5 people to spend their time and enjoy the unique Istrian landscape.
The outdoor area of the house consists of a large terrace where you can prepare traditional Istrian dishes on the barbecue, a swimming pool that provides refreshment in summer temperatures, and sun loungers where you can relax and catch the sun's rays. From the terrace, you have direct access to the inner part of the house. On the ground floor of the fully air-conditioned villa, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Villa Leni Kringa is located in central Istria near the towns of Porec and Pazin. The town of Rovinj is also in the immediate vicinity. Central Istria is known for its small, attractive Mediterranean towns. The area around Kringa has excellent restaurants, cafés, wine shops and local shops. This charming and quiet area is known not only for its historical and cultural sights but also for its excellent, delicious Istrian cuisine. There are cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area, while the famous beaches along the beautiful coastline are just a short drive away through the idyllic countryside. For fun and laughter on a family holiday, the Adrenalin Park Kringa, located right next to the villa, is the ideal idea!

Es ist kein alleinstehendes Haus. Die Besitzer Leben gerade daneben. Das Haus ist mitten in halb verwahrlosten Gärten., aber ruhig. Ab und zu ein Traktor, Holzsäge oder Rasenmäher am laufen. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgerüstet, Gemüseschäler, Backofenhandschuhe, Aufbewahrungsgeschirr und grillreinigungsutensilien fehlen, haben uns selber beschafft. Ein Staubsauger fehlt. Alle Lattenroste quitschen ohne Ende. Das im Einzelzimmer ist ganz schlimm. Wegen der vielen Katzen roch es ständig nach Katzenurin. Der Besitzer hat sich kein einziges Mal blicken lassen, vielleicht dann am Dienstag wenn wir abreisen. Preisleistung stimmt hier für mich nicht. Sind uns für 2650 eur anderes gewohnt. Grundsätzlich ist alles in 20 bis 30 Minuten erreichbar. Lidl in pazin, Strände Nähe Rowinj und die hervorragende Pizzeria orchidea in Zimnj. Reservieren empfehlenswert.
Prima Unterkunft, alles wie auf den Fotos zusehen ist…der Pool ist sauber gepflegt und angemessen groß. Sehr ruhige Gegend und nicht weit nach Porec und zum Strand. Wir kommen wieder 👍👍
