Beautiful stone villa with pool in Central Istria

This villa offers accommodation for up to 10 persons in 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The property consists of three buildings - the main villa and two small pool houses In the courtyard.

The main villa has two bedrooms, the first pool house has two bedrooms and the second has one bedroom and a playroom. All bedrooms are stylishly furnished, comfortable and air-conditioned. In the courtyard, there is a large stone-built BBQ and a large covered terrace for dining al fresco with a large massive table. Next to this villa, there is another 3-bedroom villa and these 2 properties could easily provide accommodation for larger groups travelling together. The property is well-equipped and maintained. There is a large screen LCD SAT TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, modern kitchen and of course, a large private swimming pool.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsende und 5 Kinder und haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Der Pool ist sehr groß und vor allem für die Kinder der absolute Highlight. Aber auch Tischtennis und Billard haben wir intensiv genutzt. Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch sind die größeren Orte schnell erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unseren Urlaub haben wir Ende Juni- Anfang Juli in Villa Luca verbracht. Die Villa ist noch besser, als sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mit drei Familien und elf Personen haben wir in der Villa eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Der Pool ist einfach der Wahnsinn! Wenn jemand gerne grillt, last Euch überraschen. Es ist ein Erlebnis. Ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Sobald wir Fragen hatten oder ein kleines Problem aufgetaucht ist, waren die Gastgeber immer wieder sofort von Ort und haben alles sofort erledigt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass wir uns in diesen so anstrengenden Corona-Zeiten in der Villa richtig erholen und den Urlaub genießen konnten. Und zuletzt die Villa Luca hat uns bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen.

Wir haben im Mai eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, der Pool ist einfach nur klasse. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, würde sagen alles genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, genau richtig um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen. Zum einkaufen sind es ca 10 min mit dem Auto nach Sveti Lovrec, dort gibt es zwei kleine Lebensmittel Geschäfte, eine super Pizzeria, und zwei drei Cafés. Auch war es ein unkomplizierter netter Kontakt zwischen uns und den Vermieter, der uns auch eine Karte mit nützlichen Tipps da gelassen hat. Wir würden die Villa wider buchen!!! Lg Familie Czech
