The wonderful Villa Luxoria Ema for a group of up to 10 guests includes all the characteristics of a Mediterranean holiday, from the authentic stone exterior to the greenery that surrounds it - this villa is the perfect choice for a holiday with family and friends. But what makes this villa special is the private pool of 60 m2! The possibilities for enjoyment during vacation are therefore endless, as your whole group can spend days in the pool swimming, relaxing and for those with a competitive spirit, you can also try your hand at a game of water volleyball.
There is also a gazebo/arbor on the property, where you will find a bathroom next to the pool. On the other side of the arbour is a covered terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, so that you can prepare a meal together and enjoy it in the secluded shade of the arbour, after days spent in the pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool for those who prefer to retreat to the shade and read a book in peace.
The perfectly harmonious look of the exterior continues in the interior of this villa, which is fully air-conditioned. The interior, with its neutral furnishing and brightness, reflects the tranquillity of the villa's environment. On the ground floor, you will therefore find a spacious room with an open floor plan in which there is a beautifully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. One separate toilet for guests is also at your disposal. A special convenience for families with children is a bedroom with a bathroom, which is also located on the ground floor.
If you head upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms with their bathrooms. The bedrooms with a neutral, romantic look will complete your relaxing vacation experience in this villa, and the view from each room's window will motivate you to get up every morning.

This property has 4 bathrooms and one toilet at the villa and one additional bathroom located at the smaller building next to the pool. Bathroom towels are provided and changed once per week.
The village of Čabrunići is located in Central Istria in the municipality of Svetvinčenat. Istria is known both for its beautiful beaches, as well as for its wonderful, traditional Istrian villages and towns along the coast with historical sights. This location is therefore convenient because you are only a 30-minute drive away from any sights. The nearby town of Bale is one of the representative examples of an autochthonous Istrian village. Rovinj will also delight you with its picturesque appearance and excellent gastronomic offer. If you drive in the other direction, be sure to visit Pula, the most famous city in Istria with unmissable sights from the Roman era - first of all, the Colosseum. Don't miss the various estates with a rich gastronomic offer and their own products - truffles, “fuži”, prosciutto, then complete the experience with a wine tasting in one of the many wineries.
