Beautiful family Villa Mahovic is 2 storey house located in the heart of Istria, just a short drive away from Motovun. The villa is divided into two separate apartments.
The ground floor apartment consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable living room with a TV and a laundry room. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Going upstairs, you will find one more apartment with a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of four bedrooms have a double bed, while one bedroom has two single beds. From the first floor, you have access to the large terrace with a lounge area from where you can enjoy the beautiful view and the tranquillity of the surroundings. If you want to spend your holiday soaking up in the sun, in front of the villa is a beautiful large private pool. The pool is a real highlight of the villa. The 41m2 large pool consists of a regular pool area (1.5m depth) and a children's pool area for the youngest ones. There is also a whirlpool which can be heated. Just a few steps away is the amazing garden, with a trampoline and a children's playground, where your children have a good time while you are preparing a delicious dinner on the charcoal grill which is also at your disposal. The villa is perfect for two families or groups who are seeking their own privacy in separate apartments but still want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Istria together!.
Villa Mahović is located in the small village of Novaki Motovunski in central Istria, a short drive from the beautiful town of Motovun. Motovun is one of the most famous medieval towns situated on a hill. Take a walk through the narrow streets of the town, and the city walls that enclose this beautiful town, and enjoy the view of the valley of the river Mirna. Not far from the villa is the Motovun forest, a unique place where you can go hunting for white and black truffles. After a fun but tiring day, you should visit one of the many taverns offering traditional Istrian dishes such as Istrian pasta with truffles, ombolo or boškarin, and round it all off with a good glass of Istrian Malvasia. For all culture lovers, we definitely recommend a visit to the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec with their rich Roman and Venetian history. Apart from its rich culture, Istria is also known for its beautiful beaches that stretch along the west coast to Cape Kamenjak and further into the northern part to the town of Rabac.
Meine Familie und ich machten im Juli 2023 Urlaub in der Villa Mahovic...An der Villa selber kann ich nicht wirklich etwas aussetzen..Auch die Nachbarsfrau, die für die Verwaltung des Hauses zuständig ist,war echt freundlich...Aber wenn man Tierfreund ist,sollte man echt eine andere Villa buchen...Der Nachbar hat seinen Hund den ganzen Tag angebunden ohne etwas zu saufen zugeben... Daraufhin quietschte der Hund den ganzen Tag .Als wir den Nachbarn darauf aufmerksam machten,würde es für den Hund nicht schlimmer..Nun wurde er immer wenn er quietschte, angeschrien oder gezüchtigt.Nur Nachts kam man dann nicht zu schlafen,weil der Nachbar mehrere Hunde hält und alle in der Nacht nur gebellt haben..Ich bin ein absoluter Tierfreund und es tut mir echt un der Seele weh ..Wem das noch so geht, sollte echt was anderes buchen
