Amidst the known beautiful and serene Central Istrian scenery, you will find Villa Mala Halu. A modern refreshing Villa, surrounded by nature, has the words “relaxing holiday” written all over it.
Villa Mala Halu can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons (6+2). The 3 modern, bright and colourful individualised ensuite double bedrooms are an invitation for relaxation.
One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, conveniently with a direct access to the outside terrace and pool area. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, along a terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The ground floor also accommodates an open plan bright living-dining-kitchen area, as a lovely place to share a meal with your family and friends. The indoor jacuzzi, as an extra relaxation addition – right next to the living area, enclosed with glass walls only, that can be opened towards the outdoors if you wish. In case you prefer the outdoors, the lovely terrace with beautiful views accommodates a common area with an outside dining possibility and barbeque for your use. Right next to it, you can relax by the wonderful pool, whether you prefer to swim or sunbathe. For those keen on other types of entertainment during their holiday time, Villa Mala Halu offers a pool table and table football. In case you like to be more active in the outdoors, the villa has 4 bicycles (2 large, 2 small) for you to explore the lovely surroundings.

Villa Mala Halu is located near Gracisce, an Istrian medieval settlement, situated in the interior of the Istrian peninsula, about 8 km east of the county seat Pazin, on the road to Krsan and Vozlici. It is seated on the top of the hill and has the overall appearance of a typical medieval Istrian town. The village stands completely under monumental protection. The old cemetery which is located in front of St. Vitus Church offers a panoramic view of inner Istria up to the Ucka mountain range in the east, as well as to the Julian Alps and the Dolomites in the north. Between Gracisce and Pican lies a protected landscape with unusual geological characteristics.
Since 1993. Gracisce is hosting the Wine Festival and Exhibition, which is visited by thousands of visitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and Italy. It is traditionally being held on Easter Monday - and it has become one of the largest of its kind in Croatia.
You can explore the surroundings by bike or car, or even visit the tourist hotspots of Porec or Rovinj, only 30 km away.

Man war das schön in der Villa Mala Halu. Wir waren vom 3.9. bis zum 24.9.2022 dort und werden
sicher nochmal buchen. Alles, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, haben wir auch so angetroffen. Die Vermieter sind herzensgute und großzügige Menschen. Noch nie zuvor hatten wir eine saubere Unterkunft. Alle Fenster und Terrassentüren sind mit einem sehr hochwertigen Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, da man in max. 1 Stunde zu den schönsten Städten und Stränden gelangt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Pazin sind sehr gut. Der Pool ist Weltklasse. In der Nachbarschaft steht inzwischen eine komplett fertige Villa (100m) und es entsteht ein neues Haus direkt auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Ist bis auf den Innenausbau fertig. Es gab aber keinerlei Störungen durch Baulärm oder sonstiges. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!
Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen Location. Wir haben vor allem das schöne Pooldeck und die Grillstelle intensiv genutzt und die Abgelegenheit genossen. Dennoch ist man sehr schnell beim Einkaufen oder auch z.B. in Pula.
Einziges Manko war, dass in der näheren Umgebung jemand wohl Tiergeräusche in der Dauerschleife aus einem Lautsprecher angespielt hatte aber wir haben einfach mit unserer Musik gekontert :)
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die Wilkommensgeschenke in Form von Kuchen, Wein und Schnaps eine nette Geste. Was ich nicht ganz verstehe ist, dass der Whirpoolraum nicht gefliest ist und keinen Abfluss besitzt, da ja doch einmal etwas heraus schwappt.

Begrüßt wurden wir bei unserer Ankunft von den Vermietern, welche während unseres Aufenthalts bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung standen. Im Kühlschrank wartete auf uns Selbstgebackenes und selbst hergestellter, leckerer Wein.
Unser Highlight der Villa war definitiv der große, schöne Pool. Enthalten sind genügend Liegestühle, welche unter einem Sonnendach untergestellt werden können. Auch der Whirlpool mit Blick auf den Pool ist genial. Langweilig wird es einem trotz der abgeschiedenen Lage keinesfalls. Wasserspielzeuge und 2 Fahrräder stehen im Freizeitraum samt Tischkicker und Billardtisch zur Vergnügung zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung in der gesamten Villa ließ nicht zu Wünschen übrig. Auch das Grillhäuschen, in dem sowohl gegrillt als auch gegessen werden kann, haben wir intensiv genutzt.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Mala Halu und wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben - wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!
Riesige und sehr schöne Villa. Alles war sauber gereinigt und der Pool und der Whirlpool sorgen für Erholung pur. Das Haus ist generell extrem gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage und Aussicht sind einfach nur ein Wahnsinn (super schöne Sonnenuntergänge) und auch sonst war es ein Traum! Etwa 100-200 Meter oberhalb der Villa steht ein neues Haus, wo die die Tochter des Besitzers mit ihrer Familie jetzt wohnt - wir hatten teilweise sehr laut Musik aufgedreht auf unseren mitgebrachten Boxen aber es beschwerte sich nie jemand und wir bekamen von denen auch gar nichts mit. Hat also nicht im geringsten gestört. Zu einem schönen der näheren Strände "Beach Sipar" benötigt man ca. 45 min. mit dem Auto. Zu große Supermärkte ca. 10 Minuten. Es werden auch 2 Fahrräder bereitgestellt.
Insgesamt war es ein perfekter und wundervoller Aufenthalt für uns (2 Pärchen). Besonders das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier Unschlagbar!

Die Villa verdient ihren Namen! Absoluter Luxus in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit einer erholsamen Ruhe.
Das Haus ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, sodass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Wir haben die Woche genossen und konnten uns wunderbar erholen.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit istrischen Delikatessen (Schinken, Käse, Salami, Kuchen, Wein und Schnaps begrüßt. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war freundschaftlich und locker.
Die schönen Bilder können nur einen kleinen Einblick die Wirklichkeit vermitteln.
We had an amazing week at this wonderful villa. The location was quiet with stunning views and was great for getting to all of Istria, a car is essential. The villa is so comfortable and finished to a very high standard, it has everything you need and more! The children loved the hot tub and pool. We can’t wait to return.
