Beautiful 3-bedroom villa with pool in Vizinada

Are you dreaming of relaxed holidays in the hinterland of Istria, not far from the sea in a modern, lovely furnished villa? Villa Marika is your perfect choice! On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open concept room connecting the living and dining area with a completely equipped kitchen. From here you can overlook the inviting pool and prepare meals for the shaded outdoor eating area.

In the separated part of the tended garden, you will find a nice corner ideal for al fresco dining, just next to the grill where you can also enjoy a glass of Istrian Malvazija. The ground floor also offers a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. On the first floor, you will find accommodation in 2 bedrooms also equipped with en suite bathrooms, TVs and air conditioners. On this floor, you will find a terrace which is the ideal place to have your first tea or coffee. If the weather is nice you can enjoy a view stretching towards the sea in the background. Around the pool, there are numerous sun loungers to unwind or sunbathe. Explore the beautiful surroundings of the villa with the bicycles either you visit wine paths or make a trip along the Parenzana. Villa Marika awaits you!.

Villa Marika is located in a charming little village Vizinada. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Mirna valley, the hills of Istria´s hinterland and other little (stone)cities in the distance, like beautiful Motovun. According to the legend, Vizinada is a 1000 year-old-village where the Romans were building Via Flavia and today's cycling and walking path Parenzana. Not far from the villa you can also get to other touristy towns like Porec or Novigrad (both about16 km away). Porec is today one of the most important touristic centres with its impressive Euphrasian Basilica which is a part of the UNESCO heritage since 1997. If you are travelling with kids, you can visit the nearby Aquapark Istralandia, only a 20-minute ride away from the villa. You should also visit the charming neighbouring town Novigrad. This nice little city was once a known fishing village that still preserved its typical atmosphere of a Mediterranean town. Here you can visit forts, old churches and numerous museums, bars and restaurants. Explore the area for wine roads, olive oil trails and the authentic taste of the valuable, domestic products of Istria.

Ich kann mich den Bewertungen von Julia und Isabelle nur anschließen. Zusätzlich: - die Klimaanlagen laufen recht leise - die 2. Terrasse mit Grillplatz und der Balkon oben (vor allem für die Sonnenuntergänge über den Meer) sind sehr schön.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage mit allem Komfort, den man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünschen kann! Die Lage war für unser Vorhaben Istrien zu erkunden ideal. Das Meer ist nahe, aber auch alle anderen sehenswerten Orte und Gegenden sind innert vernünftiger Zeit erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, im Garten hat man seine Privatsphäre. Das Haus selber ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Pool ist gross genug zum Schwimmen, der Garten bietet Platz für Spiele. Es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Eigentlich ist alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Amazing Villa with maximum comfort for 6 persons. Even 2 extra guests can sleep on the couch and still use their private bathroom by the living room. The setup is great, each room has lots of privacy with a spacious bathroom. Materials used in construction are top notch. Kitchen is fully equipped to every last detail. Kitchen appliances are top of the line Bosch. This Villa is constructed two levels above your average rental Villa. Seems like the owners constructed it for themselves hence the high quality. The pool is large enough for real swimming. Nice winery next door, lots of great Istrian restaurants nearby. We had an amazing stay, highly recommended!
