Villa MiLuMaMaNi is a charming family villa in the centre of Istria, just a short drive from the coastal town of Rovinj. The modern villa is divided into two floors.
Everything is decorated in a very warm style and gives you a feeling of home. The villa has a total of 4 well-appointed bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The open ground floor consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cosy living room with a fireplace. The villa is very bright thanks to the large windows and doors. From the living area, you have direct access to the fantastic outdoor area that will leave you speechless. The villa has a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and an additional fridge, which is the perfect place for a family gathering where you can prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill. Just a few steps away is a separate wellness area with a sauna. In front of the villa is a 40 m2 large pool where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days or take a soothing night swim under the bright starry sky. Bicycles are at your disposal to explore and discover the wider surroundings. The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many day trips. The Villa is located in a quiet and picturesque area in Central Istria, overlooking vineyards, hamlets and farmhouses dotted across the picturesque rolling hills. However, the city of Rovinj is just a short drive away. Rovinj is a coastal city that has always been a tourist centre. Other cities like Porec and Pula are also easily reachable by good roads. On the other hand, if you prefer the adventures, central Istria is what you are looking for! Sports and adventure enthusiasts will find plentiful activities: zip line, mountain, and recreation cycling, a large number of walking and hiking trails surrounded by beautiful nature. If you feel like exploring, stunning little towns such as Motovun and Groznjan are not far away. When it comes to gastronomy, Central Istra is known for its olive oil, prosciutto, and Istrian Malvazija - products that are popular throughout Croatia.

Wir haben mit 3 Pärchen 14 Tage in der Villa Urlaub gemacht.Die sehr schöne große Villa mit allem was ein Urlaub aus macht,bietet sich an um mit mehreren Pärchen Urlaub zu machen da es ausreichend Platz und Bäder gibt und man sich nicht in die Quere kommt.Wir haben alle den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der schöne Außenbereich war in der Zeit unser zu Hause.Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir haben mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern) eine Woche Urlaub in der Villa MiLuMaMaNi gemacht. Die Villa ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Vier Schlafzimmer (alle mit Klimaanlage) und 5 Bäder sind für mehrere Mieter (Familien) sehr praktisch. Das ganze Haus wurde sehr sauber übergeben und es sind auch viele kleine Details wie nützliche Utensilien und Küchengeräte in der Küche vorhanden. Der große Pool und die Außenterrasse bieten ein einmaliges Urlaubserlebnis. Auch der Grillplatz in der Outdoorküche funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Sauna sieht sehr ansprechend aus-wurde aber aufgrund der sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht genutzt.

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und einem Hund zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Villa MiLuMaMaNi gemacht.
Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die vier Schlafzimmer (alle mit Klimaanlage) und den angrenzenden Bädern sind gerade für größere Familien sehr praktisch.
Das ganze Haus wurde sehr sauber übergeben und auch in der Küche waren für 8 Personen ausreichend Besteck, Teller und Küchengeräte vorhanden.
Das Highlight ist aber der große Pool und die Außenterrasse - wir haben immer auf der Terrasse gegessen und dort die meiste Zeit verbracht.
Der Kontakt zum deutschsprachigen Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Wir haben uns sofort alle in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet u. reichhaltig mit Utensilien ausgestattet, alles erdenkliche war vorhanden.
Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne, gepflegte Pool (samt Aussensauna) sowie die überdachte Aussenküche mit gosszügigen Sitzbereich. Bei Bedarf war freundlicher u. schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter gegeben.

Die Villa MiLuMaMaNi ist stilvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wenn die Sonne mal nicht scheint kann man wunderbar in der Sauna entspannen. Besonders gut hat mir die Veranda und die Außenküche gefallen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
