This villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Kascerga to offer you a breathtaking view of the unspoilt landscape of Istria. Our Villa Padova is ideally located between Pazin and Motovun - in the heart of Istria! Whatever comes to mind, it's not too far off! In about an hour's drive, you can reach the highest point in the region, Mount Ucka, and after a hike, through the woods, you can enjoy the breathtaking view from the Vojak tower. In about the same travel time you get to Porec and stroll through the bustling alleys of the famous city on the west coast of Istria or enjoy a day on the beach with the refreshing crystal clear sea of the Adriatic. Motovun, a city full of history and culture is only 15km away. Visit the film festival here! Or take a trip to Pazin and marvel at the castle, which is located directly on a gorge and is an impressive sight. Try zip-lining over the gorge or explore the depths of the Pazin Cave! Great villa, very comfortable for big famly, or big group of friends, clean, nice and stylish.
Absolutelly awesome view, calm and green surroundings. Perfect for people searching for rest, silence nature and spirit of Croatian villages.
We visited nearest beautifull cities we also did a trip to sea it takes around 1 hour to get to various beaches and nice cities.
Owners are nice and hospitality, delicious fresh friuts, vegetables, wine and olive oil. It was great rest. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for peace and rest away from the hustle and bustle of tourist resorts. I hope I will back there in future.
Buđenje ujutro sa izlaskom sunca i kavicom u ruci je nešto najljepše što smo doživjeli jer je krajolik apsolutno predivan. Domaćina nas je dočekala sa osmjehom i kolačem tako da u samom početku smo se osjećali kao doma. Definitivno dolazimo opet i preporučujemo

Aus unserer Sicht schlicht perfekt! Ausstattung, Lage, Pool, Räume, Outdoorküche u.v.m. haben uns einen klasse Aufenthalt beschert. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben wesentlich zu der schönen Urlaubswoche beigetragen.
Moderne, helle und große Villa mit unschlagbarer Aussicht, riesigem Pool und schönem Außenbereich mit Outdoor-Küche und Grill. Die Vermieter haben zusätzlich unseren Urlaub mit selbstgemachten Spezialitäten bereichert. Gerne wieder! :)

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem gigantischen Ausblick. Super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet bis ins Detail. Die Terrasse und der Pool einfach nur genial. Ein so großer Pool und zudem mit integrierten Massageliegen ist phantastisch.
Die Lage des Anwesens ist optimal um das. Landesinnere kennen zu lernen. Zu den Stränden (Rovinij / Rabac) braucht man ungefähr eine Stunde..
Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort kann man Bio Obst, Gemüse, Olivenöl und Wein kaufen.
Das Anwesen ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Das Haus ist sehr modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Rund um den großen Pool gibt es sonnige und schattige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Besonders gefallen hat uns der überdachte Esstisch mit Grill und Mini-Küche im Aussenbereich. Hier sitzt man gemütlich mit schönem Blick auf grüne Hügel. Vom Haus aus haben wir Ausflüge nach Pazin, Porec, Rovinj und Pula unternommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten hier wirklich eine tolle Zeit.
