Charming villa with private pool in Central Istria

Everyone who looks for an overall relaxing holiday will definitely find their perfect spot in this charming villa in the heart of Istria. Villa Tila is suitable for a group of 8 persons that can be accommodated in 4 cosy bedrooms.
It is set on an 1150 m2 large plot, highlighted by a refreshing private pool. The garden is beautifully tended with a lot of space for everyone to find their own spot, while the lush greenery provides enough shade on hot summer days. The villa is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room, or better a gathering room with a kitchenette, and a large master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. The upper floor is the main floor- here is the living and dining room, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two separate beds each, are set on this floor. One bathroom and a separate toilet are here as well. Villa Tila represents a perfect holiday house for families and groups that want privacy and relaxation, while the location offers many choices for daily excursions all over magical Istria.

Villa Tila is located in Zbrlini, a small village near Pazin in Central Istria. The Pazin Cave and the Castle of Pazin, which inspired French writer Jules Verne for his novel “Mathias Sandorf", are just a short drive from the villa. There is also a zip line above the cave for those who dare. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns. During your stay in Istria visit the Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco heritage) in the Historic Centre of Poreč (approx. 30 km) and well preserved Roman amphitheatre in Pula (approx. 45 km) or just enjoy on a beach of your choice near Porec, Rovinj, Rabac or Pula. While staying in Villa Tila you should also enjoy local cuisine and a glass of good Istrian malvasia.
