Villa Aria Vallis is located just a short drive away from the coastal town of Crikvenica in the woods of Tribalj. With a total of 200 square meters of living space, it offers room for up to 8 people and a lovingly furnished interior.
Make yourself at home! The ground floor consists of a lovely decorated living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and one bathroom. Going upstairs, you will find 3 more well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is also a covered terrace with comfortable sofas from where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the stunning and relaxing view of the surroundings. In front of the villa, there is a large private pool, the perfect place where you can refresh yourself during warm summer days. Just a few steps away, you can find a covered summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and a dining area where you can spend a lovely time with your friends and family. For those ones who get easily bored, the villa offers many opportunities to have fun, such as table tennis, table football, and other sports facilities. The house with the associated property is perfect. Nicely decorated, great amenities and very spacious. It must be noted that it is also a quiet area. So no loud music. Villa splnila na 100% to co slubovala. Je velkoriso priestranna, plne vybavena, cista, udrziavana a lokalizovana v tichom a dostatocne sukromnom prostredi. Majitelia su velmi mili a ustretovi. Majitel navstevuje villu denne a stara sa o cistotu bazena a odvoz odpadkov. Nas pobyt bol bezproblemovy a velmi sme si ho uzili. Cena za pobyt plne zodpoveda tomu co villa ponuka.
