Villa Bura Rab is a stunning, modern villa on the beautiful Kvarner island of Rab. This modern, new property was built to make all your vacationing wishes come true! The villa has a total of 3 floors, which provides more than enough room for 14 guests, which is the maximum capacity of the villa.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen as well as to the dining area. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with its own private bathroom, as well as a lounge area/private gym. Here you can either exercise or, if that´s not your idea of a vacation, spend some relaxing time playing table football. The ground floor also has a special treat - a private sauna with an additional shower
Follow the stairs up until you reach the first floor where there are 3 further bedrooms, also with private bathrooms each. The villa is modern, but at the same time cosy, so all you need to do is enjoy and relax.
For those that like to have extra privacy, the villa also has a penthouse, which is perfect for one smaller family. There is an additional living room, an extra kitchen, and dining area as well as 2 more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. But this is no regular penthouse since it also offers stunning views of the surroundings and the nearby beach from your own jacuzzi. Don´t wait too long and book your perfect vacation home!.
Villa Bura Rab is located on the island of Rab. This island, and the island's "capital", also named Rab, have a history that can be traced from the pre-Roman era to the present day. The capital was settled by Illyrians in 350 BC. In 10 B.C. the Roman emperor Octavian Augustus declared the town of Rab a municipality and thus independent. Today, the island Rab is also known as "the happy Rab"- Felix Arba. While strolling through the city, you can still feel the spirit of the past. You can admire beautiful palaces from the Gothic and Renaissance periods, or explore the slick medieval streets and alleys, which are full of life. Felix Arba is not the only name Rab proudly holds - there is also the nickname "the emerald island", and with good reason. Rab is one of the most wooded and greenest islands in the Adriatic. On more than 100 km of hiking and cycling trails, you can discover its versatile flora and fauna, as well as enjoy the stunning panoramic views. One other thing Rab is famous for is its white stone, which was used to build houses, streets, alleys etc. Also, while staying on the island, make sure to try "Rapska torta" - a unique cake on a unique island!
