If you are looking for a villa for a perfect vacation right by the sea, Villa Frami is a perfect choice. The modern villa offers four bedrooms for eight guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to two additional guests.
The villa is spread over three floors. On the first floor, there are three bright bedrooms with a double bed each. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms offer an amazing sea view. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a spacious living room with a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, which are connected by an open space concept. On the same floor, there is also a play area where our younger guests can relax with the PlayStation. The living room opens onto a beautiful large terrace overlooking the sea and the island of Rab. On the terrace, you will find a charcoal grill and a dining table, where you can enjoy delicious meals with family and friends with an enchanting sunset in the background. On the lower ground floor of the villa, there is another spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a TV and a sea view. For a completely romantic atmosphere, there is a bathtub within the room. Here you will also find a play area with darts and a summer kitchen with a bar, where you can prepare a refreshing drink to enjoy by the private pool located on the same level. Next to the pool, there are sun loungers where you can relax with a good book or simply enjoy the soothing atmosphere provided by the sea and the sun. Villa Frami is located in the small town of Starigrad near Senj within the Velebit Nature Park, right by the sea where the mighty mountain and the sea meet. For guests interested in natural sights and relaxation in untouched nature, Villa Frami is an ideal starting point. We recommend a visit to the sites from the UNESCO World Heritage List - the Northern Velebit National Park and the strict reserve Hajdučki and Rožanski kukovi. We are sure that you will also like the world-famous Plitvice Lakes or the bear sanctuary located in Kuterevo. If you want to visit cultural and historical sights, half an hour's drive away you will find Senj, the oldest town in this part of the Adriatic with the famous fortress Nehaj. The towns of Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski and Rijeka are also not far away. Pebble beaches in the Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski area are among the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.
Eine absolut grandiose Lage mit dem Meer direkt vor der Haustüre! Die Zimmer sind wie im Hotel und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Ein Ort, an dem man enorm entspannen und relaxen kann, Erholung pur! Das Meer ist kristallklar und die Fischer des Fischerdorfs bieten neben den spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen einen malerischen Ausblick. Da sich das Dorf und die Villa wirklich abseits befinden, empfiehlt sich ein Grosseinkauf an Lebensmitteln. Dank grossem Kühlschrank und grosszügigem Gefrierschrank ist alles bestens lagerbar. Die Vermieterin ist immer per Natel erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko war aus unserer Sicht die eher sparsame und nicht mobile Beschattung der beiden Terrassen.
We had very nice time! It's all as described - also host replied to our questions immediately. Would definetly recommend! Just do not forget there is no bar or store nearby, so bring enough stuff with you or you will need to drive up the hill (can be a bit scary if you come from flatlands like we do :))

Als langjähriger Kunde von my istria zähle ich die Villa Frami zu den absoluten Highligths. Die Villa, inmitten des pittoresken Fischerdörfchens Starigrad gelegen, thront wenige Meter über dem kristallklaren Meer - das über eine Steintreppe zugänglich ist. Ihre traumhafte Lage macht die Villa zu einem Ort vollkommener Entschleunigung und Kontemplation, wenn in den Abendstunden die untergehende Sonne den Horizont entflammt und glitzernde Lichterteppiche auf das Wasser zaubert. Das Haus selbst ist auf das Beste ausgestattet und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Das einzige Manko stellt die abenteuerliche Zuwegung zu dem Ort Starigrad dar. Hier sollten sich die örtlichen touristischen Dienstleister zusammenschließen, um auf die Entscheidungsträger des Kreises oder des Bezirks Druck auszuüben.
Es war wirklich ein unglaublich erholsamer Urlaub. Alles war perfekt, wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder. DANKE für ALLES!!!

Herrliche Villa, Haus, Pool und Meer einzigartig schön gelegen! 100% Weiterempfehlung, lediglich der Weg von der Hauptstrasse zum Haus ist beschwerlich und nicht ungefährlich, da die Strasse unbefestigt ist.
Wunderschöne Villa mit einzigartigen Meerblick, hier findet man wirklich Erholung.
Es ist mein erster Urlaub wo einfach alles perfekt war und Bilder/Angaben der Unterkunft komplett übereingestimmt haben.
Wir werden die Villa auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.
