Lovely villa with pool, only 100m from the beach

Just 100 m from the first beach, offering a sea view from every bedroom and the living room, you will find the beautiful Villa Kamik. The villa itself consists of 2 floors, features a 32m2 private pool and a lovely carefully tended garden.
6 people can enjoy a beautiful holiday here. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living/ dining area and one bathroom. From the open-concept living area, you can directly access the terrace which is connected to the garden. The three bedrooms (all with a double bed) and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with a view over the garden with wild olives and Mediterranean herbs. What makes this villa so special is the outdoor area with not only the private pool but also lots of Mediterranean herbs, a garden and an orchard with ecologically grown fruit without any use of pesticides. Villa Kamik is truly a beautiful ecologically friendly oasis for everyone: people, plants and animals. The possibility of daily delivery of fresh goat's products, milk, cheese, yoghurt and eggs from a local producer and ordering a basket of organic fruits and vegetables are available on request. The villa is located on a quiet street.

Kostrena is an old popular seaside town, located just 9 km from Rijeka in the Kvarner Bay. The small Kostrena peninsula is only 10 km long with a mild slope towards the sea coast. The town is known for its beautiful beaches, clear sea water and a 3 km long promenade along the coast with restaurants and bars. You can enjoy scuba diving, sailing, jet skiing as well as cycling and jogging. Archeological sites on the highest hills over Kostrena can also be found from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. The beautiful island of Krk can be reached in a ca. half hour drive as well as the mountains Ucka, Platak, and Gorski Kotar.

Wir 3 Erwachsene und ein Hund haben uns in der Villa Kamik ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt .Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem gepflegten Garten und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub wir waren Ende September dort. Das Besitzer Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und gab auch viele gute Tipps für Lokale und zur Freizeit Gestaltung nochmals vielen Dank .
