However, if you decide to jump into town to take advantage of one of the many tourists offers - nothing is easier, because the centre of the island of Krk is only 6 km away.
The villa was restored in 2018 with great attention to detail while maintaining its authenticity and refining the possibilities to meet the wishes of its residents. On the ground floor, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, which is complemented by an elegant dining area. The highlight of the living room is certainly the fireplace for romantic get-togethers with delicious island specialities, carefully coordinated with warm colours and lots of light. You will also find one bedroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor, the three remaining bedrooms spread out, each with its own bathroom and a balcony, which offers a breathtaking view of the beauty of the landscape.
Behind the villa is the spacious pool for a refreshing cheer up in the morning and a large whirlpool you won't want to get out of. While you enjoy your summer delights, slowly preparing your favourite food in your outdoor kitchen, everything seems so easy and relaxing - because your vacation should create unforgettable memories and Villa Laria will be your grateful host.

Einfach nur traumhaft. Ganz tolle Villa, gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Ausstattung mega. Vor allem die Bäder sind sehr stilvoll. Draußen einen großen Pool, Whirlpool, einen Super Grillplatz, große Terrasse und idyllische Ruhe.

Damjan und Ana sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sie waren immer gut erreichbar und sämtliche Anfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet.
Bei unserer Ankunft haben sie uns als Willkommensgeschenk kroatisches hausgemachtes Süssgebäck mitgebracht, was sehr köstlich war. ❤️ Herzlichen Dank nochmals!
Wir haben mit unserem Labrador Hund Sammy eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Der riesige Garten mit den wilden Kräutern und Gebüsche. haben nicht nur Sammy verzaubert. Die drei Baumhäuser sind unglaublich süss, wir haben sie nicht gebraucht aber eine Familie mit Kleinkindern kommt hier voll auf ihre Kosten, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet.
Da wir in der ersten Oktoberwoche hier waren, hatten wir leider nicht so Glück mit dem Wetter, aber alles halb so wild, Dank des unglaublich stilvollem Interieur des Hauses mit seiner kompletten Ausstattung, konnten wir gemütliche Stunden im Haus verbringen und unsere Batterien vom stressigen Alltag aufladen.
Die Betten und Matratzen sind von Top Qualität, ich habe im Urlaub selten so gut geschlafen wie hier. Die ganze Einrichtung ist von oberster Qualität, vor allem die Bäder sind sehr modern mit exquisitem Material ausgestattet.
Die Insel Krk ist unglaublich schön, wilde Natur und kristallklares Wasser. Selbst bei Wind und Regen glitzert das türkisfarbene Meer in seinen schillerndsten Farben.
Liebe Leser, ich kann dieses Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen, es gibt rein gar nichts, was ich bemängeln könnte.

Nette Gastgeber, unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Wir hatten schon viele Häuser gemietet, aber dieses Haus ist einfach nur perfekt! Super Ausstattung, jedes Zimmer mit Bad/WC und TV, dazu noch ein Pool und ein Whirlpool - was will man mehr? Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We loved the spacious garden, the magnificent view over the wide nature as well as the peace and quiet you will not find somewhere else easily. Unglaublich schön ! Alles war perfekt. Der Vermieter war sehr sehr zuverlässig und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert - Fragen beantwortet und war jederzeit super zu erreichen.
