If you are looking for a luxurious villa in the middle of beautiful nature where you can spend a relaxing family vacation, Villa Perla is the ideal choice for you. The villa is a real pearl: the rooms are distributed over two floors, on each floor there is an airy and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.
In its four comfortable bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 7+1 guests. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, which is certainly suitable for children. The appartments are not connected with an internal staircase. Each appartment is accessible from the outside and has its own entrance. This charming villa is surrounded by a large, carefully tended garden with lots of natural shade, which will be especially useful during sunny summer days. In the garden you will also find an inviting private swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area with a grill. Relaxing outdoors is possible in several locations, so you can choose whether you want to have your morning coffee, a meal or a refreshing drink during the day on the terrace which provides shade with a covered part but also an awning. You are very welcome to relax in the garden under a tree or enjoy your time by the pool.

From this beautiful spot amidst untouched nature you can also easily access the nearby islands of Krk and Cres as well as one of the most beautiful coastal towns - Opatija. The nearest restaurant and shop are within walking distance from the villa.
