Are you dreaming of relaxed holidays in a wonderful, modern villa with a private pool in Istria? Villa Analucija II awaits you! On the ground floor, you will find the community rooms where you can gather and spend a lot of time together, while the 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, and they offer accommodation for up to 6 persons. When entering the villa you will get to the spacious, very stylish room which connects the living and dining room with the completely equipped kitchen in an open concept.
From here you can enjoy the view over the inviting pool and directly outside you will find a covered veranda with garden furniture, ideal for having breakfast. The separated object next to the villa is the beautiful, well-equipped summer kitchen with the entertainment room. Relax next to the pool or prepare grilled meals for friends and family. On the first floor, you will find comfortable bedrooms in bright colour tones, with contemporary paintings on the walls which awaken the room even more. Each bedroom disposes of a TV, air conditioner and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom has access to the big balcony. The first beach is just 7 km away, but the heated pool also offers a good refreshment, while you can also rest on one of the numerous sun loungers or just sunbathe.

Villa Analucija II is located in the village Krsan, in the middle of the beautiful hilly landscape and untouched nature, ideal for hiking or cycling. Explore the hinterland and try Istria's specialities like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija on a trip on one of the wine routes. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place rich with ateliers and the ideal place to enjoy art on every step through the town. Rabac, a former fisher village, is the place where you can find good beaches and restaurants. In the area of Labin-Rabac, you can play tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, go diving and enjoy various water sports. The nearest beach is just 7 km away (Plomin) from the villa.

Wunderbare Villa mit super Pool, alles wie abgebildet! Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch erwähnenswert ist die Aussenküche, die zum verweilen einlädt und für Abwechslung mit ihrem Billardtisch und des Darts sorgt! Goran ist ein sehr Sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns sehr Herzlich und offen empfangen hat und uns viele Tipps zu Ausflügen und Location zukommen lies! Einfach empfehlenswert… wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub bei Goran verbringen!!
