Located in a beautiful hamlet near the eastern coast of Istria, Villa Laura is waiting for you. Just around 15 km from the centre of Labin, and about 4 km from the nearest beach, Villa Laura provides everything for a dream holiday.
The surrounding of nature, many bike and hiking trails nearby, the proximity to the sea and other points of interest of Istria, together with many family-friendly outdoor activities and a stylish, yet comfortable interior, is what makes this villa special. It is located on a spacious plot with a green lawn, beautiful flowers and an old olive tree, highlighted by the inviting private pool, where you will probably spend most of your time during summer. The pool also has a 3x3 m large area suitable for small children, so everyone´s needs are covered. The terrace offers an outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue and leads to the interior of the house. The villa, which was built in 2020., consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. The interior is divided into two floors. The spacious ground floor consists of the living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is even a fitness room where you can do your daily exercise routine, and a library room, where you can find various books and get that feeling of holiday relaxation. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, TV, air-conditioning, and access to the lovely terrace, offering perfect comfort for its guests. All bedrooms consist of a large double bed, while in one of the bedrooms, there is also another sofabed at disposal for additional sleeping capacity. On the 40 m2 large terrace that overlooks the surrounding, you will find a lovely hydromassage mini-pool (size 160x200 - water can be heated upon request, see notes below). For even more fun, a table football is set on the terrace, while a children´s playground and table tennis are shared with guests of the neighbouring two villas. There is also a separate room with a pool table, at disposal for all guests of the three villas.

Sveti Lovrec Labinski is a small hamlet located in the eastern part of Istria, just a short drive from the seaside. It is the perfect base for day trips to the famous cities of Pula, Opatija, and Labin-Rabac. Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries, and studios, and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort in Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches. The area of East Istria offers a diversity of beaches and crystal clear seas. The untouched coast reveals peaceful coves with gentle pebbles, fresh cliffs bathed with waves, and aromatic woods. With its numerous coastal and forest paths, this area is great for mountain biking, long relaxational walks, horse riding, but also as a starting point for excursions at discovering magical Istria.
