Lovely villa with private pool near the sea

The beautiful villa Lucija Dream is located in a small Istrian place called Trget and has a private pool with a wonderful sea view. The peaceful surroundings and the variety of nearby beaches make this villa ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The villa has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Another 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, as well as the dining and living area, are on the same level. From there you have access to the terrace of the villa and, of course, the wonderful private pool. On the lower ground floor, there is the "konoba", an entertainment room with a fireplace and a large dining table, ideal for dining together.

Trget is a small fisher´s village, situated near Labin and Rabac. It's not crowded as bigger coastal tourist hot spots, but still has everything you might need- a restaurant, a bar, and a supermarket are close enough. You have a variety of beaches to choose from in the surrounding. The closest ones are pebble and stone beaches and just a short drive away is the famous beach of Rabac. The amazing countryside will allow you to enjoy a more active kind of holiday- sailing, bike trips or hiking. Pula, the biggest Istrian city, is 35 km away and is also a great day trip option.

Bedommelse:
5 Sterne für das Haus sind fast zu wenig. Sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und bezaubernde Vermieter. Alles ist so wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist beienduckend schön und den tollen Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine wetterfeste Überdachung für die Terrasse.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, optimal für 2 Personen. Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer. Von Vorteil wäre, wenn die Terrasse zumindest einen Teil überdacht wäre, dann könnte man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen. Preis Leistung stimmt. Zu 100 Prozent.
