This gorgeous property is set on a 2400 m2 large plot, surrounded by lush greenery and just a few kilometres away from beautiful pebble beaches. Villa Magdalena offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 persons.
It consists of 5 bedrooms, each having a double bed, air-condition, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while three bedrooms are spread across the upper floor. This charming holiday home has a beautiful private pool, ensuring refreshing and joyful moments. There is a lovely covered terrace with a large dining table for al-fresco dining. In the garden in a separate covered terrace, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, several gas stoves, a sink, fridge, and a microwave. The perfect place for cooking on warm and sunny days! Of course, in the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The kitchen is set on the open-concept ground floor, along with the colourful dining area and cosy living room.
The spacious garden offers plenty of space for the youngest to burn their energy- table tennis, soccer goals, and a badminton or volleyball net are here.
Also, the location of the villa will not disappoint. It is set in a calm Istrian village with many bike and hiking trails in the surrounding area, while the lovely Istrian inland with its medieval hilltop towns and gastronomical gems are just a short drive away.
Villa Magdalena is located in the village Presika near Labin. Labin is a very small town on the eastern coast of Istria. It is located on a hill, just a few kilometres from the coastal town of Rabac that is famous for its pebble beaches. Labin and Rabac are touristy towns and offer a lot of restaurants, cafés, and shops. In the area, you have a selection of bike and hike trails to explore. You can also explore many great restaurants in the area. Many of those meals have truffles added to the taste palette as some of the best truffles in the world are actually found in Istria. If you want to explore other Istrian hot spots, it will take you approximately 1 hour to get to Pula, Rovinj, or Porec.

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Magdalena mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern verbracht. Der Eigentümer ist sehr, sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Willkommensgruß mit Saft, Wasser, Wein und Obst. In der Villa ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Unsere Enkel waren schon vor dem Frühstück im Wasser.
Wir kommen wieder, auf jeden Fall ....
The Villa is very beautiful and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you need and everything is shiny and new!
What we loved the most is the outdoor kitchen.
Also, the house has many more great features like nice sitting eareas inside and and outside, a ping-pong and a soccer table, a washing mashine, ...

Ein tolles Haus, das alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat. Alles ist neu und sauber, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Marinko, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich bei Fragen und Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Die Lage in Labin ist optimal, um die unterschiedlichen Attraktionen Istriens zu entdecken. Wir würden sofort wieder in das Haus fahren.

LOVELY villa in which you really feel like home. Perfect outdoor kitchen with enough of evertyhing - grill,… Multiple sport activities for every taste, air condition units work perfectly (hehehehe), bedrooms really nice, comfortable beds, outdoor dinning table PERFECT!

Wir haben 2 absolute traumhafte Wochen in der Villa Magdalena verbracht. Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen - das perfekte Haus. Super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wirklich alles was man benötigt. Die Outdoorküche am Pool war unser absolutes Highlight. Die Villa bietet genug Platz, damit man sich auch zurück ziehen kann und trotzdem ist der Wohn/Essbereich sowie der Outdoorbereich perfekt für 10 Leute ausgelegt. Wir waren wirklich schon in vielen tollen Häusern, aber die Villa Magdalena ist im Gesamtpaket einfach der Gewinner. Zum Strand in Sveti Marina sind es ca. 10 Minuten, dort gibt es auch einen Bootsverleih- super Ausflug. Lidl, Plodine, Spar erreicht man in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Labin kommt man zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten. Der Eigentümer ist jederzeit erreichbar, super nett und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß stand auch bereit- eine absolute Empfehlung- wir kommen defintiv wieder.- Danke für einen tollen Urlaub an M & M
We got exactly the place we wanted and were very happy with the location and the house itself. Modern, clean and fully equipped with a nice size pool and lovely outdoor kitchen. Owners very helpful and easy to reach - we only had one small hiccup that was dealt with swiftly. For a very happy time it is
