If you are looking for a modern villa with a big, tended garden and an inviting private pool for your perfect family holidays, villa Meadow is your place to be! This one storey villa spreads on a property of more than 2000 m2, offering enough space outdoors to unwind on the sun loungers, for children to play on the playground and for the whole group to enjoy around the outdoor eating area with a charcoal grill. This wonderful villa offers accommodation for up to 8 persons in 3 carefully decorated bedrooms and all the rooms are located on the ground floor.
Two rooms dispose over bedrooms with double beds while one has 2 single beds and the extra sleeping option for 2 additional guests is on the sofa bed. When entering the villa you will enter the spacious area with the completely equipped kitchen, living room (with a fireplace) and dining area overlooking the nice terrace next to the pool. The terrace is the ideal place to have breakfast together or just enjoy a book and a glass of Istrian Malvazija. The beautiful Villa Meadow is located in the small village Zupanici near Labin. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature. If you like to stay active on holiday, you can also go cycling and jogging around. The old town Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place where you will find numerous studios and the ideal place to enjoy art every step of the way through the city. Rabac, a former fishing village, offers good beaches and restaurants. In the surroundings of Labin-Rabac, you can enjoy tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, diving and various water sports, and the first beach is only 10 km (in Rabac) from the villa.
