The villa is ideal for 6 persons in 3 comfortable bedrooms. Two rooms have one double bed, while the third bedroom consists of two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and the dining area offers 6 seats.
The spacious living room with lots of natural light is decorated with attention to detail and has direct access to the garden with a swimming pool and the covered outdoor dining area where you can enjoy delicious treats from the gas grill.
A special feature of this villa is the spacious garden which extends to as much as 10,000 square meters, allowing you to enjoy the privacy and the calming surrounding nature. There are 3 private parking spaces available and the nearest grocery store, cafe and restaurant are located in a nearby village, about 2-3 km away from the villa. The location of the villa is unique and those who seek peace and nature will love it. It is located in a small place in eastern Istria. It´s surrounded by lush forest and nothing but beautiful nature wherever you look. The charming little towns of Labin and the coastal town of Rabac are both just a couple of kilometres away. Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. It is a beautiful medieval town with a lot of history but generally not too many tourists. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, art galleries and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. Set on a hill, Labin offers a stunning view of the old town on the coast- Rabac. Rabac was once a fishing village and is today a lovely seaside resort with many pebble beaches and restaurants.
If you love to stay active on your holidays, around these towns, there are numerous cycling and walking paths, as well as organized events like gastro bike tours.
If you don't mind the crowds, visit Pula (approx. 45 km), an amazing ancient city with a famous amphitheatre arena and numerous events throughout the year.
