Charming villa with private pool near Labin

The lovely Villa Telma with a private pool is located near the town of Labin. It can accommodate up to 8+2 persons in 4 bedrooms.
Spend a relaxing holiday with your family in this wonderful villa on the most beautiful Croatian peninsula!
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 8 persons. This is a perfect place to enjoy delicious family meals. A large living room with a big couch awaits you on the ground floor as well. There you can lie back and relax after a lovely family meal. One bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor.
On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds that can be brought together. Two bedrooms with double bed on this floor feature an ensuite bathroom with shower and there is another separate bathroom with shower as well.
The best feature of this villa is definitely its outdoor area with a wonderful pool. There you will also be amazed by a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a stove, fridge, charcoal grill and dining area for 8. Refresh yourself in the pool, lie back in one of the sun loungers under a parasol, enjoy a cold beverage and make the most of your well-deserved holiday.

Villa Telma is located in the small village of Kostrcani in the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Popular tourist destinations of Labin and Rabac are located only a short drive away. Labin, a charming hilltop town, simply invites you to take a stroll through the lovely cobbled streets of its centre and enjoy a wonderful meal in one of the many restaurants. Rabac is a small town best known for its beautiful beaches and a real must for all avid beachgoers. Those looking for peace and quiet will be happy to hear that the surroundings of the villa are perfect for walks in nature. If you would like to stay active on your holidays, there are numerous cycling routes nearby. This part of Istria gives you an opportunity to enjoy the amazing combination of mountain forest nature overlooking the blue Adriatic sea.

Wundervolle Villa mit romantischem Charme. Innen und Außenbereich sind gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, inklusive der Wellness Duschköpfe und natürlich die Küche am Pool. Ja, man fühlt sich wie im Film.😉 Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebenswerte Menschen, die ihre Hilfe zu jeder Zeit anbieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.❤️
Wir hatten zu acht eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Telma. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und waren bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Highlight für uns war die Außenküche direkt neben dem Pool. So konnten wir direkt kühle Getränke aus dem Außenkühlschrank genießen und mussten nicht nass durch das Haus. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
