Beautiful villa with pool near Krsan

Beautiful Villa Tireli is the synonym for luxury! This cosy and spacious villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons. All of the rooms are bright and airy, minimalistic but equipped with everything you need on your vacation.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a living room with direct access to the villa´s terrace outside. On the upper floor you will find 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and each with its own private bathroom. On the outside you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Istrian countryside while relaxing on the villa´s inviting pool. For an extra touch of luxury there is table tennis, table football and a sauna at your disposal.

This property is located in a small hamlet in the eastern part of Istria. This entire region is well connected and has a excellent and uncrowded road system. The Istrian peninsula 'terra magica' lies on the warm Adriatic sea so you will be thrilled that the nearest beach is only 5 km away from the villa. The nearest airport as well as some of the larger tourist centres such as Labin and Rabac are also just a short drive away. Nestled on a hilltop just above the magical coastline, Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries and studios and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und der Außenbereich mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist etwas abgelegen aber in Krsan (ca. 2km) ist ein kleiner Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf. Größere Supermärkte findet man in ca. 10 km Entfernung in Labin und Rabac. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns u.a. auch eine hochwertige Kabeltrommel und Außensteckdose zum zwar langsamen aber immerhin möglichen Laden von E-Autos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die nächste Lademöglichkeit mit 11 kW ist am Einkaufszentrum Stop Shop kurz vor Labin.

Sehr schönes Haus! Die Zimmeraufteilung war für 8 Gäste perfekt. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist groß und hell. Pool und Terrasse sind super. Außen gibt es sehr viel Lavendel - muss man mögen. Als wir da waren war dort leider eine Wespenplage. Man dürfte keine Getränke oder Lebensmittel stehen lassen. In der Umgebung ist die Ruhe Programm. Selbst mit 45 minütiger Fahrt in der Umgebung haben wir keine touristische Strandpromenade gefunden. Dafür hat man es wirklich total ruhig... Der Bermieter war sehr nett. Hat alles einfach erklärt und gibt auch regionale Kontakte zum Pizzaservice, Konditor oder Fischmarkt weiter

Villa Tireli is a beautiful house, located in a very calm and green neighbourhood., close to Labin and Rabac. The terrace is a perfect place to eat and sit outside, even when it is very warm. The pool is rather small but nice. The 4 sleeping rooms are nice, cold thanks to the airco, and it is nice that each of them has it's own bathroom with toilet. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the villa host Doriana made us feel very welcome (thank you again for the nice attentions!). What still could be improved is the number of dishes and glasses available in the kitchen (having only 10 dishes for 8 people is not very practical). Also a cleaning after 1 week when you are staying 2 weeks or more, would have made our stay even better.
