This breathtaking villa offers room for 10 guests in 5 delightfully decorated bedrooms. On the top floor, next to the entrance, there is a spacious living room arranged with stylish designer furniture, a TV, air conditioning and a modern wood fireplace, dividing the room. Behind it, there is a beautiful, completely equipped kitchen with a dining room. From here you can enjoy the view on the sea, but also try a glass of Istrian Teran at the big terrace. The whole interior is modern, furnished with love and a lot of interesting details. You can enjoy the beautiful paintings on the walls or gain strength in the comfortable bedrooms decorated in harmonious colors. There are also two bed rooms, one with a double bed and a terrace and the other one with two single beds. Both rooms have Smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms at your disposal. On the lower floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, and of course smart TVs and en-Suite bathrooms. Two of the rooms have an amazing view on the green panorama of the semi island with a beautiful view on the sea, which you can also enjoy from the 2 room terraces with comfortable places to sit and lay back. This is just perfect for your first cup of coffee. Since the villa is designed as a "smart home”, the room temperature is being regulated through an automatic heating and cooling system. Smart home also means that the villa is equipped with an energy saving system, automatic lighting and a code door opener. The ground floor has everything for relaxing your senses and letting yourself go on your perfect holiday. The wellness area consists of two saunas (Finnish bio sauna and infrared sauna), a special shower and a water bed for taking a rest. Just next to it, there is the jacuzzi (for 5 persons) and the big (50 m2) pool with a waterfall surrounded with sun loungers. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower with a separate toilet. If you want to stay fit during your holiday, there is a special fitness room at your disposal, located in a separate building next to the villa. It is equipped with a treadmill, a room bike, an elliptical trainer and a weight set. If you feel in mood for entertainment, there is also a room with pool and a small kitchen in the same building. This room is perfect for gatherings and also offers the opportunity to grill on the terrace. You can spend incredible moments with your family here, while dining al fresco. Let yourself be enchanted by the Adriatic sea and walk to your beach entrance with boat mooring. Masseur and private chef are available on request with an extra fee.
