Gorgeous villa with private pool near Medulin

Villa Antonici is located in an excellent location near the sea in Liznjan. This modern villa can accommodate up to 6 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The villa consists of 2 separate buildings connected by an outdoor terrace. The villa's one-storey building consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook delicious meals for family and friends, such as a dining room, a living room and a toilette. The ground floor of the second building consists of one bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms and one bathroom. The spacious covered terrace with a dining area is easily accessible from these two properties. The terrace also has charcoal and an electric grill for preparing meat specialities and seasonal vegetables. You can freshen up on hot summer days in the pool or outdoor shower located in the garden. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers. Your little ones can relax by playing badminton or jumping on the trampoline. There are also four parking spaces available. Spend your days sunbathing by the pool and enjoying traditional delicacies and carefree conversations with your loved ones in the evenings. Beautifully restored villa Antonici is located in Liznjan, in a small fishing village with a naturally protected harbour on a small peninsula in the south of Istria. There is as many as 28km of beautiful and pristine beaches that are mostly rocky. Liznjan is an ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to get away from traffic, and at the same time stay close to the entertainment facilities of the tourist centre. Of the historical sights, we recommend that you visit the church "Our Lady of Kuj" from the 17th century as well as the church of Sv. Martin of 1879. While you are in Ližnjan, be sure to visit larger tourist destinations such as Rovinj, Pula and Poreč.

Sehr schönes und sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt ein wenig abseits ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, dafür geniesst man die Ruhe. Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten und Supermarkt, Bäcker zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Vermieter waren stets bemüht, dass alles passt. Das Haus hat alles was benötigt wird und liegt sehr ruhig. In 500m Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen Laden, wo man täglich frische Backwaren bekommt, aber auch Lebensmittel und Getränke. Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus. Zu den verschiedenen Stränden ist man mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten gefahren. Vielen Dank an Ana Bolic´ mit Familie.
