Modern villa Elica is the right choice if you are looking for a quiet holiday close to the sea, located in the quieter part of beautiful Medulin, especially suitable for families with younger children. Villa Elica accommodates up to 8 guests.
The modern interior offers 4 comfortable sunlit rooms, each decorated in different subtle colours, giving them an individual touch. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds and is situated on the ground floor, while the 3 other bedrooms have double beds and are located on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom.
The uncovered terrace on the first floor offers a lovely space to have your morning tea or coffee, while watching the lovely view of Medulin and the sea, less than a kilometre away.
The living room, as well as the open-plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen, are also on the ground floor, as well as an additional separate guest toilet.
The living area has direct access to the outside covered dining area overlooking the refreshing pool and garden, offering a lovely space for family and friends to gather and enjoy common meals prepared on the BBQ.
Besides offering a wonderful setting for relaxation with its inviting pool, you can also enjoy the garden, with its several different fruit trees, and depending on the season, indulge in apples, pears, grapes, cherries and other delightful fruits.
In midst of the garden, children can enjoy the playground or trampoline in careless play. Whether you want pure relaxation laying on the sun loungers around the pool, or a holiday filled with activities in the villa playing badminton or table football or enjoy yourself at the sea - a great time is guaranteed if you stay at beautiful VIlla Elica :).
Villa Elica is located in the known tourist town of Medulin. Once a fishing village, Medulin is today a popular tourist hotspot well-known for its variety of rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to relax away from the hectic everyday life, while at the same time staying close to the centre of entertainment.
Sports and adventure enthusiasts will benefit from an extremely wide variety of summer and water activities, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horseback riding, hunting and panoramic flights more inland.
Medulin offers plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and cafes situated along its promenade, plus the wonderful architectural sights and cultural events of Pula are within a very easy distance. The stunningly beautiful nature reserve of Cape Kamenjak is a must-see place if you like untouched nature, with its blue-green sea, wild beaches and a diversity of endemic flora and fauna that attract the eye with its colours and unusual shapes.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jeder hat durch die eigenen Badezimmer seine Privatsphäre. Dir Außenanlagen sind großflächig mit vielen Schattenplätzen. Es ist alles sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder haben sich sehr über den Pool gefreut. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
Tolle Villa, sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Sehr grosse, gepflegte Schlafräume und Bäder, schön aufgeteilt! sogar Spültabs und toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Für Kinder jeden Alters perfekt, trampolin, schaukel alles im garten.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, es gab ein kleines abschiedsgeschenk.
Promenade, geschäfte und restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Der Strand ist jedoch mit kindern und badesachen zu fuss etwas weit weg, wir sind da mit dem auto gefahren!
Das einzig negative sind die vielen Mücken abends.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld, sehr netter Gastgeber - ein früherer Check-In wurde netterweise möglich gemacht ;-) Zum Abschied gab es Olivenöl von den heimischen Oliven aus dem Garten. Sehr nette Geste!
Die Villa an sich ist toll aufgeteilt, Lage ist gut. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, sogar der Strand & Hafen & Promenade fußläufig erreichbar.
Toll vor allem für Familien / mit Kindern - eingezäuntes Grundstück, kleiner Spielplatz.

A perfect villa for a family reunion holiday. Modern, spacious, well equipped and stylish. We all had a wonderful time and like the house very much indeed. The pool and large garden are excellent.
Although you can just see the sea from the balcony it’s quite a hot walk along little roads to reach the seaside and uphill on the way back so perhaps it’s less suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Villa Elica is very nice, comfortable and spacious villa. Very well located in calm district of Medulin, a few minutes walk from the center and from the sea. Villa has beautiful garden with olive trees and fig trees, we could even try some fresh figs. Great pool and other attractions for children. I highly recommend Villa Elica!
Sehr schöne, neue und saubere Villa in perfekter Lage. Die Villa liegt ruhig, dennoch ist man in wenigen Gehminuten mitten im Ort und an der Promenade von Medulin. Der Garten mit großem Pool ist sehr schön und durch den wunderschönen Olivenbaum gibt es zusätzlich einen natürlichen Schatten. Der Essbereich innen als auch außen ist groß und gemütlich.
Einzige Mankos: Es gibt nur in einem Schlafzimmer einen Fernseher und es gibt gesamt nur 2 Haustürschlüssel - bei mehreren Personen, die getrennt etwas unternehmen, bedarf es hier etwas an Organisation. Hier wären 3 oder sogar 4 Schlüssel (pro Zimmer 1 Haustürschlüssel) schon super.
Der Hausverwalter Milan ist super nett!
Alles in allem ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen!
