Modern villa with pool in Banjole near the beach

The modern Villa Gabriel is located in the small village of Banjole near Pula. Due to its perfect location, beaches, restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance.
The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a bathroom. The furnishings have been chosen in simple colours with a calming effect, but you will also catch a few exciting splashes of colour now and then. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare delicious specialities and then spend time together at the dining table. While you relax after lunch, you can enjoy the view of the private outdoor pool from the cosy living room, which is perfect for refreshment on hot summer days. There are sun loungers and a parasol around the pool. From the living room, you can access the terrace, where you will find a dining area and a gas barbecue, which promises unforgettable barbecue evenings. On the 1st floor of the villa, there are two pleasant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and private parking and internet access are also available. The property is fully fenced. Villa Gabriel near the beach is the perfect choice to escape your daily routine and spend a dream holiday.

Villa Gabriel is nested in a small holiday village of Banjole, just a short walking distance from the beach. Pula, the largest city of Istria, just 6 kilometres away from the Villa is world-famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespasian ruled this part of the world. The untouched nature of the Premantura protected nature park Cape Kamenjak is also close by (9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline). Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers a unique gastro experience, well known in this part of Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of the many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home-made cuisine. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by 10 min boat ride with departure from nice fisherman's town Fazana, just 15 kilometers away from the Villa.

We stayed at villa Gabriel on 13/08 to the 20/8/22, the villa is absolutely spectacular, there has been no expense spared here, every part of the place is beautiful and very homely! Myself and my husband couldn’t believe the value for money we got! Sandra was also such a delight to deal with., as was her lovely mum who lives nearby and is on hand to help with anything! (Even giving us some of her yummy homegrown tomatoes :-)). Our holiday to Croatia was one of our best trips yet, made so much better by the villa we stayed in, myself, husband and kids are very grateful to Sandra for allowing us to stay in this beautiful villa and we will most definitely be back!
Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast! Es ist ein Traum! Alles war perfekt ! Die Besitzerin super nett und sympathisch. Das Haus, die Ausstattung, der Pool, alles genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist! Sauberkeit 1A! Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier! 5 Sterne sind noch zu wenig!
