Accommodating up to 14 guests, Villa Julia will welcome you in its 6 beautifully decorated comfortable double bedrooms.
5 of the bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, and four of them have their own terrace.
The remaining double bedroom is situated on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom next door. On the other side of the hallway on the ground floor, you will find a large comfortably designed living room as well as an adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with an additional guest bathroom.
You can step out onto the large covered terrace, where you can relax and enjoy in the shade. The view from here is spreading over the large beautifully maintained garden, reaching to the inviting private pool. Whether you sunbathe around it and simply relax, or go for a refreshing swim - it will trigger all your vacation senses.
One of the special features of Villa Julia is, that it has an additional building stretching over 150m2, accommodating a fully equipped outside kitchen & dining area, as well as a TV room and a billiard table, and guest toilet. The large BBQ is ready for you to try out local dishes & enjoy them with your family. Villa Julia is equipped with WiFi and 5 private parking spaces, as additional amenities for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Villa Julia is located in Liznjan, a fishing village in south-east Istria, near Medulin and Pula. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to relax away from traffic while at the same time close to the entertainment center. The inhabitants of this city, apart from tourism, are also engaged in fishing just like thousands of years ago. From Liznjan you can see the Kvarner Bay to the islands of Cres and Losinj. Nearby are the remains of the Roman settlement of Vizace (Nesactium). The picturesque harbor offers seafood specialties. For lovers of horse riding, there is a center for horse riding.
Die Villa mit der Außenanlage ist ein absoluter Traum .
Alles war Perfekt , und ich hatte noch nie so einen netten zuvorkommenden Vermieter wie bei diesem Haus .
Ich hatte angefragt ob wir schon um 13 Uhr statt um 16 Uhr in die Villa können weil wir ein Fußballspiel im Fernsehen schauen wollten .
Er hat es nicht nur genehmigt , sondern es standen auch noch 12 kalte Bier und Chips und anderes Knabberzeug bereit.
Ich kann diese Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen .
Einfach Wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Es gibt zu jedem Zimmer ein Bad und zusätzliche Toiletten bei der Küche und im Pool Haus .Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns rundum Wohlgefühl. Vielen Dank auch an den sehr nette Vermieter Goran. Wir könne das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Einfach klasse! Die Fotos auf der Homepage von My Istria haben ja schon viel Vorfreude geweckt. Nach dem sehr freundlichen Empfang durch unseren sympathischen Gastgeber Goran sowie die erste Führung innen und außen war uns klar: hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Außenanlage mit beheiztem Pool und großzügigem Poolhaus incl. voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Grillkamin und großem Esstisch – einfach großartig. Dazu dann der Billardtisch, die Tischtennisplatte und das Dartboard für weitere Aktivitäten, perfekt.
Im Haus selbst großzügige Schlafzimmer mit Bädern, eine zweite Küche und außen noch mal eine gasbetriebene Plancha. Was will man mehr? Die gesamte, geschmackvoll angelegte Anlage bietet mit mehreren Sitzecken Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auch bei größeren Gruppen, wir waren 11 Erwachsene. Die Villa Julia ist ohne Einschränkung für einen tollen Urlaub zu empfehlen!

Sauber, super ausgestattet, großer Pool mit Whirlfunktion, die Outdoorküche ist der Hammer, zusätzlich gibt es gleich 2 Grillstationen!
Sehr gepflegt und top gereinigt bei der Ankunft, der Besitzer ist äußerst hilfreich uns nett!
Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen Schreibtisch mit Sightseeing Tipps und Übersichtsplänen - sogar an dieses Detail wurde gedacht!
Das „Sportangebot“ mit Billiardtisch, Darts und Tischtennis sollte ebenfalls positiv erwähnt werden!
Wir waren eine große Familie mit Erwachsenen und Kindern, kommen sicher wieder!

Beautiful, magnificent, extraordinary are the most appropriate words to describe this villa. In addition to that, the excellent service provided by both our villa host, as well as the My Istria team have made this a exceptional experience for us. The house offers luxury and privacy and was prepared into the finest details (up to the full automatic coffee machine in the pool house being filled with fresh coffee beans upon our arrival).
I strongly recommend both this property, and even more the My Istra team, who has been very helpful and flexible during the entire reservation process.
An experience we for sure will cherish.

Wir waren 10 Erwachsene und drei Kinder in der Villa Julia. Es war Einzigartig. Wir sind alle restlos begeistert und können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen. Bäder, beide Küchen und Toiletten waren sehr sauber und hygienisch Rein.
Zwei Grillstationen laden zum Freiluftgrillen ein. Das Pool war wunderbar und sogar mit „Blubbern“ ausgestattet.
Wer hier was zu meckern hat soll besser zu Hause bleiben.
