This charming stone villa with an attractive private pool is a dreamlike home far away from home. The eye-catching pool surrounded by cosy sun loungers and olive trees will quickly become your favourite place for spending hot summer days.
The elegant terrace also features a shaded lounge area perfect for your morning coffee or a thrilling book as well as an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill. Gather your loved ones around the dining table and show off your cooking skills under the starry sky. Villa Luan is tastefully furnished, with modern furniture and attention to detail. The airy, spacious ground floor is dominated by an open space living room connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area. Two stylish double bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom are also on the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with double bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. The villa offers its guests private parking for 2 cars.
Villa Luan is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

The lovely Villa Luan is situated in the city of Medulin, just a couple of kilometres away from the largest Istrian city - Pula. Once a small fishing town, Medulin is today one of the most visited places in Istria. It is famous for its variety of rocky, pebbly, and sandy beaches and charming narrow streets. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in one of the numerous cafes and bars or try some of the delicious cuisines Istria is well known for. For all gastronomy lovers, we recommend visiting the hinterland of Istria and trying many traditional dishes, such as Istrian homemade pasta with truffles, Istrian beef called boskarin, rounded off with a glass of the best Malvasia. Make sure to visit the astonishing beaches and cliffs of Cape Kamenjak which amaze even the most demanding guests.
