This lovely family villa is located near the medieval town of Motovun, in the heart of Istria. Villa Alba can accommodate up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms.
The interior is characterised by harmonious colour combinations and it will give you a feeling of home. The open space ground floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cosy living room and one beautifully arranged bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, you will find two lovely decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third one has two single beds. From the living room, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace from where you have a magnificent view over Motovun and the green hilltops. A covered terrace is a wonderful place where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have lunch with your family. In front of the house, you will find a large and inviting infinity pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days or just relax on a sun lounger while sipping a cold drink. The basement of the villa features a private tavern where you can spend time with your friends and family while preparing a delicious meal on the charcoal grill. The house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by the green nature of Istria. It is the perfect choice for your next family getaway, where you can relax by the pool or discover the beautiful surroundings.
Villa Alba is located in a quiet area, near the town of Motovun. Motovun is situated in the centre of Istria and is one of the most beautiful medieval towns. The town is known for its film festival, a source of thermal water, but also for its very well-preserved historic buildings. The villa is located in an ideal location, from where you can discover the charms of Istria. Visit the coastal cities of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. An unavoidable attraction is the Brijuni National Park, known for its beautiful beaches, golf courses, but also the zoo. Taste Istrian traditional dishes in small family taverns or take part in the search for truffles in the Motovun woods.
Wir waren Ende Oktober für eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist wunderschön am Hang zwischen Obstbäumen gelegen und hat einen super Ausblick auf Motovun. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Das Anwesen und auch die ganze Anlage mit großem Pool sind absolut sauber und sehr gut gepflegt .
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, was aber kein Problem darstellt, da man eh für Ausflüge etc. unterwegs ist ... wir haben das nicht als Nachteil empfunden.
Es gibt zahlreiche sehr lohnende Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung ... Wandern, Meer, kleine Städte ... alles, was man sich bei einem Urlaub in Istrien wünscht.
Der Vermieter ist unglaublich nett und war bei allen Anliegen behilflich. Er spricht gut englisch. Die Kommunikation war kein Problem.
Wer Urlaub in einem attraktiven Anwesen und schöner, ländlicher Umgebung sucht, macht bei der Buchung dieses Ferienhauses alles richtig.
Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort!
Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen inmitten einer Obstplantage und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Motovun.. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nix. Die Kücher ist super ausgerüstet. Der Pool ist das Highlight und ebenfalls sauber und zu unserer Reisezeit sehr angehm temperiert. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und durfte 2 Wochen auf seine Leine verzichten.. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ca. 15 Minuten entfernt; ebenson Gelegenheiten zum Essen gehen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Diese Unterkunft war perfekt!
- Sehr ruhige Lage (dadurch zwar schlechte Straßen, aber durchaus machbar, auch ohne Geländewagen)
- Sehr großes Haus, mit schön eingerichteten Zimmern
- Alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann
- extrem netter Gastgeber, der sich gerne Zeit nimmt und einen auch einlädt zur Weinprobe
