Villa MilaElla is a beautiful villa with an enticing interior and exterior and is actually two houses beautifully and stylishly decorated surrounded by beautiful and fairytale nature. Villa MilaElla offers 2 individually decorated houses and is ideal for a family holiday, offering privacy and relaxation.
Both villas are located on a large plot of up to 2500 m2 with a swimming pool as the central part of the plot. In a small stone house, there are 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. The large house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious living room overlooking the beautiful nature and the pool, a dining room and a fully modern kitchen. The exterior of the villa consists of a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, an ideal place to gather the whole family on hot summer days. Villa MilaElla is located in the idyllic village of Brkac, which is only few km from the medieval town of Motovun. Motovun is known for its sights and spectacular views of the picturesque surroundings with hills, vineyards, and the magical Mirna valley. Numerous restaurants and taverns offer regional specialities such as high-quality olive oil, homemade cheese and ham, top wines, and, of course, truffles, for which the region is world-famous. Active holidaymakers can enjoy the numerous cycling and hiking trails in the region. Visit the coastal cities of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. An unavoidable attraction is the Brijuni National Park, known for its beautiful beaches, golf courses, but also the zoo. Taste Istrian traditional dishes in small family taverns or take part in the search for truffles in the Motovun woods.

Wer perfekte Raumaufteilung mit maximaler Privatsphäre, gepaart mit tollem Pool und Top Ausstattung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen, doch man hatte immer einen Rückzugsort. Klar zu Fuß Restaurants erreichen ist nicht möglich, jedoch innerhalb von 10 min gibt es eine Vielzahl davon. Semmeln hohlen mit dem Fahrrad? Nicht möglich, aber man wusste es vorher. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit sämtlichen Annehmlichkeiten (Eiswürfelmaschine, weinkühlschrank, netter Vermieter bzw Objektbetreuer vor Ort)! Wir überlegen schon für nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen.. schöne Ferien euch allen
