Beautiful villa with pool and panoramic view

This outstanding villa "Motovun villas S" is located in Motovun in the northern part of Istria. The villa is situated on top of the hill that gives this villa a special touch because of the stunning panorama view.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor is a big open concept living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The ground floor is full of light because of the glass doors through which you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature and Motovun. The first floor is designed as a sleeping area that includes 2 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, each with two separate beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. If you want to have fun, don't worry, because there is a special game room with table football and darts. During the hot summer days when you want to freshen up, take a swim in the wonderful pool with an infinity edge surrounded with old olive trees and enjoy the romantic panorama view. If you wish to eat outside the villa offers you a comfortable dining table and barbecue area. Villa "Motovun Villas S" is located near the most attractive and famous Istrian medieval town Motovun. An idyllic view extends through the valley of the river Mirna and the sum of saint Marko is known as the world habitat of white truffle. The specialities of this area are biodiversity and rich flora. The area is rich in many spring water. From the Motovun hill, which is 277 meters above sea level, there are beautiful views that give special significance to the Istrian natural landscape. Motovun is a place of many events, the most famous is the film festival. The town of Motovun is named after the word "Montona" and is of Celtic origin, meaning the city in the mountains. If you have a desire for a more active holiday, we definitely recommend a neat paragliding area. On the highest part of the city, inside the old walls, is the main square of Motovun, which leads to the longest staircase in Croatia - even 1052 steps.
