Great villa with pool amidst nature, near Novigrad

Villa Libra is a modern property which is perfectly located in the fields in the hinterland of Novigrad. There are no other houses in the immediate neighborhood, so you will have your privacy.
The indoor area is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of the living-dining area and kitchen, with high ceilings that create a spacious atmosphere. Apart from the living area, you will find also find two comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor. The first floor is reserved for the amazing master bedroom, its own ensuite bathroom and a large terrace that offers a beautiful view onto the countryside. On the outside, you will find a beautiful pool area with comfortable garden furniture. The guests also have free wifi. 2 private parking spaces and air condition at their disposal.

Brtonigla, a small town, offers a somewhat different vacation. The town is full of traditions that begin in the vineyards, continue in the cellars and end on an abundant table. Brtonigla is known for its vine trails and exquisite olive oil. Hectares of vineyards and olive groves lead to meadows and forests, away from the crowds of todays modern city life. Family cellars and tasting rooms invite you to discover the authentic power of local living. The town offers the best of the Istrian heartland - nature parks and caves, rich flora and fauna, picturesque hills but also culture - churches, chapels and archeological sites. A series of events are held in Brtonigla, of which the most important ones are the Chocolate and Wine Festival, the Istrian Malvazija Festival, Dani gljiva (“Days of Mushrooms”) or during summer the Festival of St. Roch and etno manifestations. From the Brtonigla area it is easy to reach the first Croatian waterpark Istralandia, but various beautiful beaches and the town of Novigrad are also within easy reach.

Haben die Villa zu sechst besucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Komplette Ruhe zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Mit einem Holzkohlegrill wäre das Haus eine 11/10. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber gewesen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Für uns war es nicht das letzte mal in Kroatien!
Unglaubliche schöne, einsame Lage in den Weinbergen!
