Carefully tailored for holiday time, this newly built villa is decorated in a contemporary style with a wonderful collage of textures and colors, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and flat-screen TV, are located on the upper floor, as well as two modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and a spacious terrace, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over olive groves to the sea. The light-flooded spacious ground floor with its open layout is very successfully divided into living, kitchen and dining areas and acts as the social center of the house. The kitchen area is equipped with an ambient LED lighting that can be individually adapted to the mood. If you go out onto the large terrace, you will find an inviting covered barbecue area with a large dining table. The overgrown fence surrounds the garden with a tempting heated pool and sun deck perfect for enjoying sunbathing while enjoying the pleasant spicy natural air of the vineyards and olive groves.

Wir waren zu dritt und verbrachten Mitte September 2022 eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Sky Dream - unmittelbar vor den Toren Novigrads. Haus. Garten und beheizter Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten noch das Glück auch die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer persönlich kennen zu lernen. Die Unterkunft kann nur empfohlen werden.
Wir waren im Juli 2021 in der Villa Sky Dream! Alles ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Eine wirklich tolle und sehr saubere Villa! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben immer direkt eine Antwort bekommen und es wurde geholfen. Novigrad ist ein wirklich tolles Städtchen. Von dort ist man super schnell auch in anderen tollen Orten. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Lage: Ruhige Lage in Dörfchen vor Novigrad, wir können Nino im Ort für gute bodenständige Küche empfehlen. Bäcker, Metzger etc. ca. 2 km in Novigrad. Strände sind ebenfalls in 2-5km erreichbar.
Betreuung/Kontakt: Wir haben uns sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt. Jederzeit war jemand erreichbar und unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.
Ausstattung: Sehr tolle und liebevolle Einrichtung, Küche komplett ausgestattet und sehr bequeme Betten. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Meerblick.
Kinder: Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz im Ort und diverse Ausflugsziele. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr heim.
Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!
Wir waren am 01.08.2020 bis 14.08.2020 in den Villa Sky und wir waren total zufrieden alles hat gepasst das Haus ist wie auf den Bilden super auch wurden wir sehr nett empfangen
Nur erwähne solte mal vielleicht das Fahradfahren nur für Sportler gut ist da von Novigad ans Haus nur Bergauf geht.
Aber sonst sehr sehr zufrieden

Wir waren im August 2019 für 2 Wochen in dieser traumhaften Villa. Wir haben die Zeit dort von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Angefangen hat alles mit der herzlichen Begrüssung unserer Betreuerin für das Haus. Martina war für uns jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.
Das Haus ist original wie auf den Fotos und einfach ein Traum. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb von Novigrad, so dass ein ruhiger Urlaub vorprogrammiert ist. Wer jedoch etwas mehr Aktion und ebenfalls Strand haben möchte ist in kürzester Zeit mitten im Geschehen.
Über den angrenzenden Fahrradweg ist man auch nicht unbedingt auf das Auto angewiesen.
Wir können die Villa bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wiederkommen.
Hier war für jeden etwas dabei... egal ob gross oder klein. Selbst unser Hund hat es hier sehr genossen.
Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Juli 2019 in der Villa Sky Dream. Es war super! Das Haus ist wirklich genau so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. In der Küche findet man alle Utensilien, die man für einen solchen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist sauber und die ganze Anlage wirklich ordentlich gerichtet. Die Liegen sind stabil und sauber. Auch die Waschmaschine haben wir benutzt und waren wirklich froh, dass es die Möglichkeit gab, hier war auch sogar das Waschmittel vorhanden. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es irgendein Problem gab, konnten wir uns immer direkt an die Dame vor Ort wenden und sie meldete sich immer sehr schnell bei uns. Wir könnten uns gut vorstellen, dort nochmal Urlaub zu machen!

Wir haben mit 6 Personen und einem Hund eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Skydream verbracht. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und im Text beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt und großzügig mit Geschirr ausgestattet.
Das Haus liegt wunderbar und man kann jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang im Meer beobachten. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am großen Supermarkt und am Meer. Mit dem MTB kann man abseits von der Straße auf schönen Feldwegen in gut 8 km zum Meer radel. Im Norden von Istrien sind wunderbare MTB Routen ausgeschildert, eine führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Der Golfplatz in Umag ist schnell zu errreichen.
