A second lounge area, offers you some much needed shade after a long day in the sun and is perfect for fun late night get-togethers. Lastly the third lounge area is elevated and offers a view of both the pool and the sea. Next to the villa, you can use the grill to cook a delicious meal, and then enjoy it at the dining table for up to 10 people. Your children will enjoy running around the beautiful garden or taking turns on the swing. On the ground floor, you will find one comfortable double room with its own bathroom and terrace. The living room with TV and fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor. Here you will also find the second dining table for up to 12 people and an exit leading to the garden. Three more comfortable double rooms are prepared for you on this floor. Each one has its own bathroom and one of them has a bathtub with a view of the sea for the most relaxing bubble bath you have ever had. Villa Evelina Eselboeck is located in the village of Lovran, only 2km from the beach. The nearest restaurant, cafe and shop are within 1.1 km away. For the nature lovers, you can visit Nature Park Ucka, a protected area with hiking routes leading to canyons, waterfalls & historic sites. The villa is located closely to the „Pearl of the Adriatic“, the town of Opatija. For a relaxing stroll along the coastline, you cannot miss the Lungomare promenade. While walking, you can marvel at the stunning views of the town and nearby islands, it is the perfect location to explore the natural sights of Opatija. The 1800s Villa Angiolina is set in a garden of exotic plants and is home to the Croatian Museum of Tourism. It collects, investigates and displays objects and stories that represent the rich history of tourism in Croatia. A little further, you can spend a day in Rijeka. Explore the Trsat castle and enjoy a meal in the court yard, which has been converted to a restaurant. For a more modern activity, why not go see an exhibition at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art or the Computer Museum.
