Beautiful villa with private pool near Opatija

Villa Kristina Istra is located in the small town of Lupoglav, not far from Opatija and Lovran. The location of the villa itself is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The quiet environment guarantees you relaxation during your annual vacation and yet you are close to the tourist centers of Istria and the Kvarner Bay. The villa can accommodate a total of 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. All double rooms have TV and air conditioning and are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and two share a bathroom. The ground floor of the villa is divided into living room, dining room and kitchen. On the large plot of 1,100 square meters there is a private swimming pool and a bowling green. On hot summer days you can cool off in the pool and then sunbathe on the sun loungers around the pool. In the villa's garden there is also a barbecue where you can prepare a delicious meal. The location of the villa itself is great for everyone who wants to rest away from the crowds and noise. The area surrounding the villa is really worth exploring. The natural and cultural beauty of the area will enchant you. If you decide to be active during your vacation, then Učka is the right place for you. Unspoilt nature and peaks from which there is a magnificent view of the coast and islands will surely remain in your memory. Adrenaline lovers are also recommended to go to Pazin. There is a zip line that will take the breath away of even the bravest! If you decide to visit the cities, then be sure to visit Opatija, Lovran and Mošćenička Draga. All locations are on the coast and are excellent choices for sightseeing, gastronomic delights and swimming in the clear sea. A walk along the Lungomare takes you from place to place and throughout the walk you can enjoy the view of the sea, beautiful, isn't it?
