The wonderful Villa Ziganto with its private pool and magnificent sea view is located near Opatija. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms.

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday and spend precious moments with your loved ones in this villa with a great panoramic view over the sea!
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that simply invites you to show off your cooking skills and prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. The dining area is also directly connected to the living room that’s full of light. The living room is perfect if you want to relax on the couch after a meal with your family. One bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms with a double bed, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Those looking to relax in the indoor jacuzzi or sit back in one of the chairs on the upper terrace and enjoy the stunning view over the bay will adore this floor.
One of the best assets of this villa is its large terrace with a wonderful pool. There you will also find an outdoor kitchen with a stove, gas grill and covered dining area. You can take a swim in the pool and relax in one of the sun loungers afterwards.

The villa is located in the village of Poljane in the Kvarner bay, a true pearl of the Adria. It is only 10 km away from the centre of Opatija, one of the most charming tourist hotspots in Croatia that is known for its old Austro-Hungarian flair. Within 10 km you will find many beaches and there is also a marina nearby where you can rent a boat and visit the islands in the bay. Lungomare, a 12 km long coastal walk that stretches from Lovran to Volosko, is very popular among tourists who visit the area. A romantic and relaxing 100-year-old walk along the shore, far from town traffic, offers you true relaxation from stress and everyday worries. Another must-see is Volosko, a former fisher’s town. Today Volosko attracts tourists with its many restaurants as well as a wonderful view of the sea. Rijeka, the third-largest town in Croatia and its largest port, is located just 20 km away.

Die kurze Version: Tolles Haus, geiler Blick und entspannte Vermieter. Die lange Version: Wir, 3 Paare zwischen 50 und 60 Jahren, haben vom 27.05. - 10.06.2023 einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Ziganto verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist herausragend. Es wurde an nichts gespaart. Sehr gute Matrazen. Die Küche komplett eingerichtet. Wifi in jeder Ecke des Hauses und des Grundstücks. Die Aufteilung des Hauses sind sehr gut. Kurze Wege zwischen den Lebensbereichen Küche, Terrasse und Pool. Rundherum herausragend. Wir kommen wieder.
