Beautiful villa with private pool in Istria

Villa Blueview Anthyllis is located in Istria near the picturesque little medieval town of Sveti Lovrec. The Istrian stone villa with rustic charm offers a well-kept outdoor area with a private pool where you will probably spend most of your vacation.
The villa is spacious and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is dominantly decorated in a rustical style that ensures a cosy atmosphere. The living room is separated from the kitchen and the dining area. There is also a pool table for some additional fun. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the outdoor terrace. A charcoal bbq and dining area for 8 people are also available for you to prepare delicious meals. One bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom is also located on the ground floor and has access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. One has a view of the lovely garden and two have a view of the garden and the pool. The villa has a completely enclosed garden and one shaded parking space. It offers a truly relaxed holiday on the outskirts of the village Heraki. Villa Blueview Anthyllis is the perfect choice to escape from your everyday life and spend an unforgettable vacation. .

Villa Blueview Anthyllis is located in a small village Heraki in central Istria. Just a short drive away are the coastal towns of Porec and Rovinj. The stunning Euphrasius Basilica is the symbol of this coastal city. Beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters are sivh here. Porec is the perfect place for sports lovers! A variety of recreational activities are offered such as cycling, horseback riding, jogging, hiking and much more. Explore the surrounding towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet. You can also visit the town of Rovinj, famous for the baroque church of St. Euphemia and the town palace. Walkthrough the romantic streets of Rovinj and enjoy the atmosphere.
