Charming villa with private pool close to Porec

This villa in Istria will captivate you with its charm. The villa is located in the small village of Fuskulin, a 7-minute drive from the town of Porec and only 4 km from the beach.
There is also a children's playground near the villa, which makes it ideal for families with children. Casa Ivan is a fully fenced villa, where you can undisturbed enjoy your privacy while relaxing by the pool or preparing your favourite grill dish in the summer kitchen. On the ground floor of the villa, you can enjoy the ambience of a charming living room, from which you enter the kitchen and the dining room with 8 seats. On the same floor, you will also find a bathroom and a bedroom. If you climb the stairs to the first floor, you will find two beautifully furnished comfortable bedrooms. The interior of the villa has a rustic charm, which is particularly noticeable in bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms also has its own bathroom, which breaths with a warm atmosphere in pastel shades. There are also 2 parking spaces available. In a nearby restaurant you can enjoy Istrian specialities and if you want to spend the day by the sea, you can relax on one of the beaches near the villa or visit Aquapark, which is nearby.

The location of this villa will really amaze you. The villa is located in a small village Fuskulin near the town of Porec. On the one hand, the quiet location of Fuškulin allows you a relaxing and peaceful vacation surrounded by nature and close to the sea. On the other hand, you can spend your free time in the town of Porec and visit the sights or explore the cultural and entertainment program of the town. Near Fuskulin there are also two small fishing villages Vrsar and Fontana, which are definitely worth a visit, especially if you want to have fun at the fishing festival. If you prefer an active vacation, the indented coast of Istria with its numerous bays and small islands is perfect for water sports activities, but you can also take an active trip through Istria on hiking and biking trails.

Wir (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben im Juli 2021 eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Casa Ivan verbracht. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles im Haus und Garten ist hochwertig, aus Naturmaterialien gebaut und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer wohnen im Haus nebenan und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist perfekt für alle, die Erholung und Ruhe suchen. Porec und Vrsar sind maximal 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, bis nach Rovinj braucht man 25-30 Minuten. In der Nähe sind mehrere schöne Buchten und Strände, einige maximal 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Hvala!
